I recently had my hearing aids cleaned by a new staff member at the Costco where I originally purchased them from, and unfortunately, during the cleaning, they broke one of my hearing aids. The store I bought them from is now closed, and the new staff at the current location seem inexperienced. I live over an hour away and would appreciate a prompt resolution, as I urgently need a new hearing aid. I am disappointed by the poor customer service I have received, as my calls have gone unanswered. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought Phillips hearing aids at Costco in January but I am not happy with their performance, despite following all the maintenance instructions. I have been trying to contact the Costco hearing aid center where I purchased them, but have not had any success. Unfortunately, I am currently not near any Costco and will not be until December. I tried to schedule an appointment for that time, but the earliest available slot is on March 21st. This is frustrating! I have been a Costco member for over 20, maybe even 30, years and have been trying to resolve this issue for months now. I expect better service.
