Now, I'm facing a license suspension and additional fees due to an SR22. I was puzzled by the decision to refund only a portion of my payment and cancel the policy abruptly. Despite my attempt to resolve the issue by paying the refunded amount, my license remains suspended. The agent, David from Freeway Insurance, assured me that everything would be corrected promptly, but the problem persists. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and transparency in this situation and urgently need a resolution without incurring further fines.
