I need help with the paperwork for a [redacted] BMW X3, with the VIN WBXPA93466WD32714. The documents were rejected due to an incomplete title reassignment. Currently, all buyer and seller addresses are missing from the title. It is urgent that I obtain the address of the previous owner, Kandice Bell in Jacksonville, FL.
The Jacksonville Customs office requires a complete title reassignment. The last listed USA owner's information and address on the title must align with the shipper's details on the dock receipt. Should the last USA owner be an insurance company, please supply their 9-digit EIN# specific to that insurer, not Copart or IAA.
To meet requirements, the assignment section of the title needs to include Buyer's & Seller's Names matching the DR, Buyer's & Seller's Addresses matching the DR, their Signatures, Dates of Sale, and Odometer Reading.

Hello, my name is D. Parler. I work at Yard [redacted], and I sustained a back injury while working on the property. I was instructed to see a doctor on the weekend at my own expense. Today, when I informed the general manager at Yard [redacted] about my injury, she reassigned me to work at the gate. Shortly after, I was asked to pick up trash and car parts in preparation for a corporate visit next week, which worsened my injury. When I mentioned I had to leave due to my back, my GM told me I had resigned, even though I only stated I needed to leave. Additionally, I was involved in a poll where others compared voting for me to voting for Trump, which was embarrassing. I feel there has been poor management, leading to the loss of my job due to the actions of an undertrained GM. I have always valued working at Copart and hope we can find a resolution to this situation.

Hello,
I recently placed a bid on a motorbike but encountered issues due to a requirement for a bidding license. The refundable deposit was supposed to be processed within a week as per the clause.
I have reached out to the necessary departments for my refund, and they have informed me that it has been processed. However, upon contacting PayPal to open a case, I was only refunded the membership fee. Despite several weeks passing, I have yet to receive the $[redacted] deposit refund. CoPart claims to have sent it to PayPal, but PayPal indicates they have not received anything. There seems to be a significant lack of communication between these parties. I urgently need assistance to investigate and locate my deposit as this situation has caused stress and consumed a lot of time without resolution.
