I experienced three tire failures within a four-month period. The first tire had thread separation, and I replaced it with a C&S Ultra Touring, [redacted]/55/16, SKU [redacted]. During a weekend trip, both the left rear and right rear tires also experienced thread separation. Being a Service Director at a Volkswagen dealership, I am well-versed in tires, but having three failures within four months is concerning. The remaining tires have tread depths of 4 and 5/32 inches, and their DOT numbers are U90F 1CR [redacted]. The tires have approximately 40,[redacted] miles on them. Unfortunately, I do not have the invoice as my father-in-law purchased them as a gift for my son, and he cannot locate it. Since I had to replace the two failed tires over the weekend and the one back in February, I would like to replace the remaining tire for safety reasons.

On June 25th, I purchased four new Evolution Cooper tires from Automotive Quick Stop. They balanced and aligned them but on Friday, June 29th, I noticed vibrations in the front and rear. They rebalanced the tires but I still experienced a rough ride driving from Florida to New York. After an appointment with Mavis Tire Supply LLC, they also balanced the tires. However, during short drives, the ride was smooth before a longer trip on the interstate where the truck shook. Mavis Tire then performed an alignment. I suspect there may be an issue with these Cooper tires, my third set for my Dodge Dakota [redacted]. The tire details are [redacted]-70R16-DOT-UT9HIJ91117. I require assistance as I am unable to reach anyone despite trying to call.

I placed an order for 4 Cooper Evolution H/T all-season tires [redacted] 60R19 109H on Walmart.com back on February 23, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The total was $[redacted].42. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 4 tires have issues holding air. Despite reaching out to Walmart multiple times over the past two months, I was directed to contact Cooper about the tire problems. The tires have been on my truck for just two months, and I have noticed a slow leak in the front passenger side tire, as well as both rear tires. The rear driver side tire requires air multiple times a day due to a significant leak. I suspect there may be unseen holes causing the issues. I am disappointed as I expected these tires to last longer considering the price. I am requesting replacements as I cannot afford to spend another $[redacted] on new tires so soon.

I bought the Cooper CS Ultra Touring tires from Fleet Farm around three years ago in size [redacted]/45/18. Despite regular rotations, I'm facing premature wear issues. With only 24k miles on them, two are already bald. I had planned a third rotation but noticed the problem and decided against it. The warranty process for mileage is cumbersome and unsatisfactory. Due to this experience and similar complaints from others, I'll have to opt for different tires. As an automotive professional with ASE certification, I find it disappointing that these 70k rated tires are wearing out so quickly. The time-consuming warranty claim process is not worth it. Even if I could claim warranty, buying the same tires would not solve the problem as they are unlikely to last as promised. I regret purchasing these tires and cannot recommend them in the future.

In December [redacted], I bought 4 new tires and drove less than 2,[redacted] miles on them. Unfortunately, on 1/10/20, I experienced a side wall bead blowout on the left rear tire while driving at 30 miles per hour on the highway. This resulted in my truck being out of service for 3 days. Then, on February 14th, [redacted], while my truck was parked in a heated area, a second tire experienced a bead blowout. The distributor offered to replace it, but the installer suggested not using the other tires until the situation is resolved. Despite attempts to contact customer service, no response was received. With a 50% failure rate, it's concerning. My mechanic tried unsuccessfully to get a refund from the distributor, and Cooper has not provided a response. My truck is a [redacted] Tundra.

My name is Chris S. from Morsetowne, and I own a [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] dually. I recently visited Pep Boys in Knoxville, TN, to purchase new tires. Despite only having four Cooper Adventure tires available, I decided to buy them for $[redacted]. To my surprise, another Knoxville store quoted me only $[redacted] for two tires. After checking with 10 different tire shops in my area, I found out only Pep Boys carried this specific tire. When I bought the tires, there was no mention that I couldn't shop around. I've been loyal to Cooper tires for the last decade and would have preferred the Cooper Discovery model if I had known. It's disheartening that being the exclusive seller allows for such high pricing. I hope to resolve this issue by purchasing the additional two tires priced at $[redacted] each from Pep Boys. I'm disappointed but still a fan of Cooper tires.

I bought a set of CS5 touring tires in size [redacted]/45/18 on February 12, [redacted], for my [redacted] Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid with 49,[redacted] miles. I had a wheel alignment done at the same time and follow Toyota's maintenance recommendations, rotating the tires every [redacted] miles. During the June rotation, the dealership measured the tread depth at 7 on all tires. However, I've noticed excessive tire noise and both the dealership and another tire shop have informed me that the tires are choppy and this issue will worsen over time. I'm surprised by this as I expected the tires, which have been wearing well, to last longer and perform quietly based on their excellent reviews. Is this level of noise normal for this tire model? I'm curious if there are any solutions to reduce the noise issue.
