I recently noticed several issues with my phone, which has led to frustration. Since my warranty has expired, I understand if this email may not be addressed promptly. The phone, your most affordable option, is exhibiting multiple problems. It diverts incoming calls to voicemail, opens incorrect apps, has a delay in dialing, abruptly ends calls, often mutes at the start of calls, and occasionally fails to receive texts. If a reasonable resolution is not provided, I may cease purchasing your products. I am dissatisfied as my previous phone, an LG, endured seven years of rough handling without such performance problems. Despite handling this current device delicately, it has failed in various ways, indicating poor quality. Additionally, the phone's slow processor causes significant lag in several games. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I will consider escalating the issue to the U.S. Consumer Protection Agency.

I bought a Coolpad Legacy from Boost on a payment plan in early August. After about three weeks, I noticed it kept restarting whenever someone tried to call me. My husband purchased the same phone and is facing the same issue. Boost mentioned that the phones are under warranty, but their return policy only covers the first seven days. We are on a fixed income and can't afford to buy new phones. We just need our phones replaced with working ones to avoid this problem. Thank you for your help.

I misplaced my Coolpad Defiant, model 3632A, in my home three days ago. My phone typically connects to my ATT wireless modem when used at home. While I usually keep it off unless I am traveling, I believe it was off when I last saw it. I have tried calling my number, [redacted], but it goes straight to voicemail instead of ringing. T-Mobile, my carrier, directed me to Google's Find My Android, which requires the device to be on for tracking. T-Mobile suggested seeking help from Coolpad. Any assistance would be appreciated. This phone was a gift from a family member in the United States. They informed me that it should be unlocked to work with any phone carrier. I have been unable to unlock it using the Devise Unlock app. I have been using it with Wi-Fi while trying to unlock it. Recently, the battery discharged to less than 5%, and now the phone won't turn on even after I managed to turn it back on once. It only shows the Coolpad logo and the word "official" before switching off and on repeatedly. When I connect the charger, sometimes it shows the battery is at [redacted]%, while other times, there is a message in Chinese. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I recently purchased a new phone but I am facing an issue with the APN (access point name) settings, which prevent me from connecting to some of my favorite apps and essential work apps. I need access to the MSL code to edit these settings and resolve the connectivity problem. Despite having paid for the phone in full and no longer being under contract, I am unable to enjoy the full functionality of my device due to this restriction.
Also, it seems that Coolpad has blocked my email address.

Two years ago, I purchased a Coolpad Legacy through Boost Mobile. Since activation, I have been facing difficulties making or receiving calls and texts. My phone consistently displays an "x" on the service bars, forcing me to walk to the end of my driveway just to use it. Boost Mobile has been unhelpful, repeatedly guiding me through various troubleshooting steps to no avail. They directed me to reach out to you regarding getting a new phone. At 27 years old with a recent heart diagnosis, I rely on my phone and cannot be without one. Despite my frustrations over the past two years, I remain in need of a functioning device. I've contacted you before without success. Hopefully, I can receive a new phone soon, while I require my current one for emergencies. It’s frustrating not to connect with a person easily, especially for my grandfather's age. His phone is rendered unusable by this software problem.
