I recently picked up a money transfer from a Western Union agent in Ottawa, Kansas. The representative unknowingly printed my name on the money order on July 4th. Unfortunately, I have been unable to cash it anywhere due to this mistake. Despite attempting to address the issue with both the manager, Brenna, and Western Union, I have not found a resolution. Brenna has been inaccessible despite promising assistance. I have contacted Western Union and was advised to have the money order put back into the system so I can correctly receive the funds. I do not want the money to be sent back to the sender, as this would create additional inconvenience and charges.
