In July, I filed a return with the State of CT and realized I had made an error, resulting in an overpayment of $[redacted]. After amending my return with H&R Block's help, I received the corrected amount owed to me. However, I have yet to receive the $[redacted] refund I am entitled to. I contacted the Department of Revenue Services, but after several weeks, I have not received a response or the refund. When I called this morning, I was unable to speak to a representative as there was no option available for me to do so in the automated system.
