Compass Group Customer Service Issues

I am seeking employment verification for a refinance application. Brightmore, my workplace, states I am employed by Morrison under the Compass Group umbrella. Despite multiple attempts, I can't reach anyone at the provided number 1-[redacted]. I require a valid phone number, address, and email to give my refinance company for verification. I work at two locations under the Levy & Compass Group. One location is Brightmore where I earn $12.00 per hour for 25 hours a week, and the other is Spectrum Center where I earn $11.00 per hour plus 2% of food sales for about 20 hours a week. Both are part of the same company, Levy. I am nearing the end of my refinance process after the loss of my mother and need this verification. I recently started working at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. I have been working there for 6 or 7 days, possibly longer. I encountered issues with Marvin, a colleague in the dishroom, who used inappropriate language towards me. Feeling uncomfortable in the work environment and without proper training, I decided not to return to work. When I informed my supervisor, Lauren Kopp, about the situation, she delayed processing my paycheck for four days. Despite contacting her regarding the delay, she mentioned that there's nothing she can do. As someone with experience working for Compass for almost two and a half years, I am disappointed by the lack of support in this situation.
