Commonwealth Financial Network Customer Service Issues

In [redacted], I received a notification from the NIH and the U.S. Gov stating that I would die from a brain disorder linked to contaminated cadavers. Despite this, I have survived by God's grace. I have repeatedly sent medical records and proofs without any response. The U.S. Treasury and others have discriminated against me, denying me access to securities and a trust account despite my solid evidence. They have blocked my mail and phone communications. I seek a one-time payment from the trust fund with my patient number as reference. My experience with the HGH experiment has caused me immense suffering, yet I have been ignored when requesting compensation. I believe I have been treated unfairly and my life violated.
