I bought a window air conditioning unit, model number RADS121Q, on July 1, [redacted]. The unit is still in the box since it was purchased as a backup during the Covid shutdowns. I also bought warranty number [redacted]. Surprisingly, even though the older unit is working fine, the new one, which has never been used or even taken out of the box, started leaking fluid. The box is undamaged and was stored correctly. It's disappointing considering the brand's reputation and the cost of the unit. The warranty ended just two weeks ago, but this issue occurred with an unused unit. It seems like there might be a flaw in the design or materials used. I had previously paid $[redacted].57 for your product, and I hope there is a solution to this problem.
