I've encountered multiple issues lately. Firstly, I've never been able to manage my Comdata paycard account online due to the lack of necessary access information for transaction records and future payments. This has caused significant inconvenience and difficulty in managing my finances accurately.
Secondly, this morning I discovered a mysterious $13.77 transaction on my card that I did not authorize. It does not match any of my usual expenses, and I am concerned about this unexpected deduction.
I kindly request a new confirmation code to regain access to my card account online and monitor future transactions. This would help prevent unauthorized charges from occurring again.
Sincerely,
Jasmyne

I am having trouble getting my account information when I call [redacted]. I am not sure if it's the connection, my phone, or something with ComData. I never had any issues until last week. Now, when I enter my 16-digit card number, the recording prompts me to re-enter it. After the third try, it asks if the card is lost or stolen, then disconnects. I can't reach a human to help me check my card balance, which is all I need. Also, I don't understand why my card is being denied at gas stations, even though I prepay for fuel. I rely on this gas reimbursement for my appointments. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, D.D.

I receive my weekly paycheck from my employer through a MasterCard Comdata Payment Solutions debit card as they no longer issue paper checks. My usual payday is on Thursdays at 1 AM, but sometimes the deposit doesn't come through until later. Today it's past 6 AM and the deposit is still not in my account. Could you provide information on when I can expect my direct deposit to be processed and possibly who I can contact for more details? Thank you.

I have misplaced my card and am struggling to get assistance to cancel it and order a new one. The card was provided to me through Nevada Medicaid for transportation support, but Comdata is requiring a card number or reference number to help. I find it frustrating that they cannot access my account using my social security number and date of birth. I refuse to be accountable for any unauthorized charges or actions taken by individuals who might have found or stolen the card. Despite spending an hour with customer service representatives, I have not found a solution. My name is on the card issued by Comdata, so it is perplexing why my account cannot be accessed with my personal information.

Hello, I am Mario Galmore, the owner of a trucking company partnered with Panther Logistics. On Feb. 8, [redacted], I issued a comcheck to a new hire driver for $[redacted].42. Unfortunately, the driver had trouble cashing it at a Pilot station and accidentally destroyed the check. I contacted customer service for help, but the representative, Dan, was unhelpful and condescending. She mentioned it would take 30 days for the funds to reappear in my account, despite confirming she saw the transaction. This situation has left my new hire driver stranded without money for fuel. I requested that the $[redacted].42 be replaced back into my Comdata account promptly.

On April 5th, I cancelled an online purchase at Element Vape for $[redacted].80. I received a confirmation email stating that the refund has been processed by the merchant. I am concerned about the refund reaching my account. The website mentioned it might take up to 10 days, but I have not always received refunds promptly on my Comdata MasterCard in the past, especially for smaller purchases.

Hi, I'm Rodney Peterson. You can reach me at [redacted]. I recently experienced unauthorized charges on my card. I had to rush to the ATM to withdraw most of my money after getting off work, yet $49 was still authorized without my consent. I wish there was a better system in place to approve transactions before they go through to avoid situations like this. If there's no improvement, I might consider switching to another service.

Hello,
I am contacting you about an unresolved issue with Comdata. Since April, I have been trying to resolve this matter, but only received a partial refund, with the rest seemingly missing. The situation unfolded as follows:
On April 16, [redacted], I transferred my deposit from the express code to the Comcheck mobile app. When the money didn't show up in my bank account, I contacted customer service. They mentioned a two-week verification period for my bank account details. Despite this, my money never arrived. After multiple fruitless calls, I connected with a representative, Dillion Loyall, who partially refunded me on May 20, [redacted]. However, my issue remains unresolved after additional calls and emails.
This ongoing situation has been frustrating and time-consuming. My recent conversation with a customer service agent, Melissa (operator [redacted]), promised a resolution by the end of the day, but it never materialized. I need this matter resolved promptly to avoid further complications. You can contact me via email or phone for further inquiries.
Best regards,
Shane M.

On June 25th, I contacted to file a dispute for $[redacted]. The representative assured me it would be resolved within 21 business days. Concerned about the progress, I called several times. On July 10, I was informed the dispute was filed, but I needed to do it through fintwist, which wasn't available to me. After multiple attempts to get a corporate contact for further complaint, I was disconnected and put on hold for 40 minutes. Frustrated at the lack of assistance, I just want my money returned as dealing with a lawyer seems more costly than the disputed amount. Can anyone provide guidance?

I started a temporary warehouse job with Saddle Creek Logistics Services through Prologistix on June 27, [redacted]. After being issued both a temporary and permanent Comdata Payroll MasterCard, I opted not to activate either and set up Comdata Direct Deposit to my Bank of America account online for my weekly pay. I recently decided the job wasn't a good fit long-term due to the fast-paced environment and humidity, so I resigned on July 26th. I've been struggling to close my Comdata direct deposit accounts online. I would appreciate assistance with closing these accounts and receiving a summary of my earnings during my employment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased shoes from NastyGal, but they were never delivered to my house. NastyGal mentioned refunding me on July 8th for the $[redacted]+ I paid for the shoes. However, after checking my card, the refund is not showing up. It's been two months since the promised refund, and I still haven't received it.

I haven't received my paycheck from Halloween City in Lancaster for 7 weeks. The managers have been trying to update my profile on my Comdata card without success. It's been seven weeks and I'm still waiting for my first week's pay. Can someone help me with this issue? I will be going to the labor bureau in Salem soon.

My name is Jennifer Grace, born on 10/12/[redacted]. On 11/30/19, there was an unauthorized transaction of $89.95 on my card, posted on 12/03/19. The authorization number given to me is #[redacted]. I want to clarify that I did not make this charge under the company name of 1healthyx. I spoke with Mr. Chung after Mark provided me with the number, and he stated that there was no such charge on the credit card. I am frustrated with the customer service experience and the ongoing dispute. Despite multiple calls, I keep receiving emails requesting information about a charge I did not make. I want a refund as I reside in Pennsylvania and did not travel out of state to make this purchase. It is essential for someone to resolve this issue promptly and return my money.

I recently received a pre-settlement loan from Momentum for my pending case. When it came to choosing how to receive the money, I opted for a credit card. Surprisingly, it was a Comdata card, which I used to take out $2,[redacted] for rent and bills, saving the rest for my daughter's birthday two months ago. However, when I checked my account later, there was only $19 left. I contacted Comdata, and although customer service was helpful, my dispute was ultimately denied. Since then, there have been several unauthorized withdrawals totaling $1,[redacted]. I've sent multiple emails to Comdata but have not received a response.

I set up my online account with my Fintwist card to avoid calling customer service, which worked well initially. However, now I'm encountering an error message stating, "Unable to validate credentials on server" every time I try to log in on my computer. I considered using the app on my Android, but after reading negative reviews, I decided against it. I prefer not to call every time I need to check my card balance. Please address and resolve this issue promptly for me and others experiencing the same problem. Thank you.

I need to dispute a transaction. I had resolved it with the company that charged my Comdata card. Without my knowledge or consent, my card was blocked, and I was unable to access my account. I spoke with a few of your customer service representatives who not only were unable to assist or help remedy my situation but were also very rude. Their customer service skills do not meet my needs or others in this predicament. I received a new card from my employer, but the issue persists. It has been almost three weeks, and all I receive is automated assistance that is getting me nowhere. Three paydays later, I am no closer to resolving my issue. At this point, all I want is the balance on my card refunded to me as soon as possible.

I used to have a Comdata card for banking and direct deposits from May to July when I worked at Denny's. After losing the card and not having any funds on it, I didn't think much of it. I recently returned to Denny's in early December, and my employer was supposed to provide me with a new card. Unfortunately, my paycheck was deposited onto the old card with a sum of approximately $[redacted] on December 21. Despite trying to report the card lost or stolen unsuccessfully due to constant busy signals, I have been informed through text messages that the card has been used without my consent. I urgently need the card canceled and my funds returned. It's frustrating dealing with this situation, and I hope to resolve it promptly.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received after waiting 15 minutes on hold before the first representative answered. The issue at hand is that our team is unable to access Comdata after an update, leading us to resort to using another fuel card. The representative mentioned a Microsoft issue and advised contacting Microsoft at [redacted] to release the quarantine on our emails. Despite attempting to follow the instructions, I was unsuccessful in reaching a resolution. When I called back, the callback option was equally fruitless due to technical difficulties. Subsequently, I tried seeking help online and waited for 55 minutes on hold until the office closed at 5:00 pm ET. The critical emails requiring quarantine release are for [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I am frustrated by the inefficiency in resolving this seemingly straightforward issue.

I received email alerts from my main bank accounts. There have been various alerts about my eBay account and my Gmail being linked to someone's phone. This person managed to steal my identity and take control of my accounts, including Text Now, eBay, PayPal, and OFFER UP. I reported this to the Fraud Department of the FWPD on September 2nd under Report #[redacted]83. I have evidence of unauthorized activities, password changes, and fake product listings. I received alerts about three sales and a request for $[redacted] via PayPal. I suspect my card linked to my Plasma Donations was used for fraudulent activities on various selling apps. The perpetrator had access to my messages and emails, enabling them to carry out these actions undetected. All my passwords have been changed, and unfamiliar emails in my name have been noticed.

In late [redacted], I received a Mastercard from a company with an expiration date of 08/21. After battling cancer and navigating the challenges of COVID-19, I tried to use the card only to find it declined. To my surprise, I realized the balance had decreased due to monthly inactivity fees. Upon contacting Comdata, I was advised to file a dispute. Despite following the correct procedure and reaching out to the Dispute/Fraud department via email, I have yet to receive a resolution. Customer service has been unhelpful, providing conflicting information and causing frustration. I feel like my concerns are being neglected, and I am stuck in a cycle of back-and-forth with no end in sight.
