Dear Rockies,
I recently visited Scottsdale for spring training and was surprised by the high ticket prices at Salt River Field. The $65.00 per seat cost is too steep for a spring training game.
In comparison, I attended a Rockies-Angels game in Tempe at the Angels stadium for $25.00 per ticket in the same seating section. I have attended spring training for many years and have never encountered such high prices before.
I urge you to reconsider these prices as they are much higher than what I pay for tickets at Coors Field. Please consider adjusting the prices to align with your competitors during spring training.
Please reach out if you would like to discuss this further.
Sincerely,
John W Lamb

I am a big fan of the Colorado Rockies and my husband and I recently bought a 25-game partial season ticket package. I am reaching out because I have had some negative interactions with your ballpark staff. Today was no exception. When we entered through the season ticket gate, my sunscreen was confiscated, and I was told to step back when going through the metal detector due to an ADA individual present. Although not a major issue, I was upset about being yelled at for not knowing the situation.
In section [redacted], a staff member incorrectly directed us to the wrong side despite our seats being nearby. This recurring unfriendly and unhelpful behavior from gate and seat agents needs to improve for a more positive experience for loyal customers like myself. I hope you address this issue to enhance the ballpark experience for everyone.
Best regards,
Sherrie H.

I am Teri S., sister of Gina S. We attended the afternoon game on April 24, [redacted], seated in section [redacted]. Unfortunately, during the game, chunks of concrete fell, with one hitting my sister's right shoulder. Thankfully, she only ended up with a bruise, but the incident was traumatic. We received a call from John in engineering, who assumed no one was hurt. However, my sister was injured, causing us both emotional distress. The Rockies' lack of follow-up or concern for Gina's well-being is disappointing. They mentioned a quick fix for the issue but didn't inquire about Gina or offer any compensation. It would be wise for others to report such incidents to DORA. The Colorado Rockies need to consider a more appropriate response than brushing off such safety concerns.

I am trying to contact Jill Campbell, Vice President of Communications and Marketing. I am Mark Fredrickson, the Deputy Clerk responsible for naturalization ceremonies at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. The U.S. Courts’ Administrative Office suggested celebrating Constitution Day and Citizenship Day on September 17, with the theme focusing on baseball. I propose a brief naturalization ceremony before a Rockies game, incorporating the National Anthem where a judicial officer administers the Oath of Allegiance to around [redacted] new citizens. I believe the judges at our court would be honored to participate. Other MLB teams have embraced this idea, such as the Phillies, Reds, and Padres. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Jeffrey Colwell, the Clerk of Court, can be contacted at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I am hoping to connect with Ms. Campbell or someone from her team. Thank you for passing along this request.

My family and I purchased tickets for a baseball game on July 13, [redacted] but unfortunately, due to a weather delay, the game went on much later than anticipated. We stayed until 8pm with young children after waiting for the game to resume for two hours, but had to leave at that point without knowing when or if it would start again. We feel like we wasted the $[redacted] we spent on tickets and parking.
While we understand that the weather is out of anyone's control and we're not seeking a refund, we would appreciate tickets to another game or some form of concession so that our money isn't completely lost. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

My family attended the game last night, as our granddaughter participated in singing the anthem with her schoolmates, so we arrived early. When my son was young, we used to come early to meet players and collect autographs, creating fond memories. Excited to share this tradition with his son during Fan Appreciation Weekend, they waited hopefully, but only Jonathan Daza came over to meet fans. While Ian Desmond tossed batting gloves to the crowd, few other players acknowledged the cheers. I understand starters may be preoccupied, but why couldn't other players spare a moment for the fans, especially the children seeking autographs? Both my son and grandson expected more interaction during Fan Appreciation Weekend. Despite feeling let down and unappreciated today, we remain fans of the Rockies and plan to return next year in hopes of a better experience.

I am Demario Foster, CEO of Road-Runner's Marijuana Delivery Company, Colorado's largest cannabis delivery service in Denver, Colorado. I am interested in establishing a partnership with the Colorado Rockies professional baseball team. This collaboration would allow players to receive discreet marijuana deliveries from select dispensaries through Road-Runner's Marijuana Delivery Company.
