To whom it may concern, I have been trying to provide all necessary information to your company since June 5th. I have been on disability since March 13, [redacted], with a planned return to work of June 13 before discovering the need for surgery. On June 5, I met with the surgeon to schedule the surgery for June 22. I immediately submitted this information and inquired if anything else was required. Unfortunately, it wasn't until June 12 that I was informed the Rothman Institute did not include the return to work date. This delay has left me anxious as my surgery is next week, and I am unable to cover the copay. I believe prompt communication is essential in situations like this. I have heard positive feedback about Aflac's swift and efficient service from others in my company. The stress this situation has caused me, especially with the pending surgery, is unnecessary. I hope for a resolution soon.

I recently reached out to Colonial Life and felt disappointed by the service. While they deduct money from my paycheck promptly, they are slow and unhelpful when it's time to use the benefits. I am sharing my experience with our 20,[redacted] associates to consider switching to Aflac, a more efficient company that handles everything from contacting doctors to discussing matters with employers. Dealing with health issues is stressful enough without added challenges. I, Thomas Donnelly, born on 12/22/[redacted] and the policy owner, will spread the word on various platforms to inform others. Thank you for your efforts, but it seems change is necessary.

While trying to update my login and password on Colonial's website through a password reset, I encountered an issue with the new password not meeting the security requirements. Despite meeting the letter/number/character requirements, the system rejected all my attempts at password changes. Unfortunately, my efforts to contact customer service for assistance were in vain. The automated system directed me back to the website, where I was unable to log in due to the password issue. Attempts to speak with a live representative resulted in disconnections.
