I am facing a predicament as my college counselor is unavailable, and I urgently require a fee waiver to take the Math Subject Test in January. This test is crucial for my graduation. I already have a waiver for the Common App, but I need one specifically for this test. Since today is the deadline, I am unsure of what steps to take. I hope to find a solution where the college board can waive the fee until my counselor returns. It is necessary for me to apply to a university in Puerto Rico, and I need three subject tests for this, having only two currently. The only test dates available are in January and May, with May being too late due to admission timelines.

I need assistance with the College Board CSS/Profile program, not the SAT program. The CSS/Profile compiles financial data for colleges to determine aid. Our financial info was sent on February 16, but an internal College Board database issue delayed the IDOC documentation until March 28. We contacted College Board seven times in 45 days, with promises of an expedited resolution, but the problem persisted, leading to substantial delays in receiving aid. We seek a refund of the $25 fee paid to process our financial information.

My son, Alexander, attempted to take the SAT exam at the Apple Valley, MN test center (Test Center [redacted]) on Saturday, November 3. Despite arriving at 7:45 am, following the instructions on his ticket, he failed to locate the exam room before the 8:00 am deadline due to a lack of directions and assistance at the facility. It appears there was a lack of organization. I kindly request a refund of the exam fee or credit for a future test in our area.

I have signed up for the SAT exam on December 7th, but this date is too late for college applications and clashes with my 12th pre-board practicals. I would like to move my exam to November 2nd. There doesn't seem to be an online option for this change, and I want to make sure the huge fee I paid for the exam doesn't go to waste. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a scheduled SAT exam on December 7th at ENGLISH INTL SCH PADUA in Italy, but due to family reasons, I can't travel from Milan. I'm hoping for an exception to take the test in Milan. This is my final opportunity before school application deadlines. My registration details can be found here: [redacted].

I registered for the November SAT but unfortunately missed it due to illness. I couldn't inform the College Board in time, and the test still appears on my record as I send my scores to schools needing all past results. This situation is causing confusion since it seems like I'm withholding some scores. I would like to request the College Board to remove the November test record to ensure all my test results are accurately reflected to the schools receiving them.

My son signed up for the May SAT Subject Tests in Spanish and Literature. Unfortunately, both the May and June test dates got canceled due to COVID-19. We were notified via email that he had priority registration for the August test. However, when we tried to move his registration, we encountered an issue stating he was not eligible for priority registration. We then attempted to register again from scratch but faced the same problem. He meets the criteria for priority registration, and with limited spots available, we urgently need to resolve this with the College Board. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a senior student who planned to fulfill the foreign language requirement by taking the Modern Hebrew Subject Test. However, the June test was cancelled without any notification sent to us. We are now trying to sign up for the next available test, but according to the website, the next Subject Test for Modern Hebrew is scheduled for June [redacted]. I contacted Customer Service three weeks ago, and they mentioned there would be administrations in August and September, but we are unable to find any information or register online. We have both made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach out to Customer Service, facing long wait times on hold. Could you please clarify when the next Subject Test for Modern Hebrew will be offered? My student resides in Northern California, and we are seeking guidance on how to proceed with the registration process.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I am unable to travel to Vietnam to take the SAT test in December as per their policy. The "Fall [redacted] Update" on SAT refunds states that I have the option to cancel the SAT test before the test date and receive a full refund. I have attempted to contact SAT customer service at College Board previously, but have not received a response. I am seeking assistance in canceling my December SAT registration and obtaining a full refund for the 5 SAT fees, including 3 subject tests. I hope that my issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I planned to sign up for the SAT on December 5th. I completed the registration a month ago but encountered an issue with payment when I tried to pay using my parent's credit card as I am under 18. Despite the registration being denied, the payment was still deducted. I promptly requested a refund due to the approaching deadline and my parents' concerns about potential scams. Unfortunately, the refund was processed while I was asleep due to time zone differences. By the time I woke up, the deadline had passed, requiring me to pay an additional fee and be placed on a waiting list, which was not my fault. I kindly ask for the fee to be waived and for a guaranteed seat on test day.

My son received his SAT scores from the December 5th test. He scored a 29/52 for Evidence Based Reading and Writing, a 35/44 for Math, and a 27/58 for Math. Based on the test difficulty, I expected his score to be between [redacted] to [redacted]. However, he received a total score of [redacted], which is very disappointing. I believe there may be an error and would like this matter to be investigated and corrected promptly.

I registered for the SAT and essay a few months ago, under the impression the essay section was no longer offered. On the day of the test, I arrived at Blue Valley School in Escazu, Costa Rica on May 8th, [redacted], unaware I was still signed up for the essay. After completing the SAT portion, I inquired about canceling the essay, but was unsure how to proceed as I did not receive the necessary form at the test center. To avoid receiving a low score on the essay, which could impact my university applications, I am seeking guidance on resolving this issue promptly before the results are sent out.

To the SAT Board,
I am writing to address the concerning situation involving my daughter's missed exam. On May 8, [redacted], the exam in Istanbul was postponed due to the COVID-19 quarantine, which was understandable. However, the makeup exam scheduled for May 22 at the Hisar School Test Center (number [redacted]) was abruptly canceled. My daughter, Aleyna Karaca (registration number [redacted]), has been severely impacted by this last-minute cancellation, leading to her feeling devastated, stressed, and isolated. It is evident that the issue stemmed from test papers not arriving on time.
We traveled a considerable distance to Turkey for this exam as many centers in the Philippines were closed due to the pandemic, leaving us with limited options. Regrettably, due to the postponed international flights, we missed earlier opportunities for her to take the SAT. This exam was vital for her university applications, and the August exam, the only available option, would be too late as deadlines end in July.
It is crucial that the SAT Board takes immediate action to address this situation. I urge you to consider conducting a makeup exam in June to assist students in similar circumstances. We are eagerly awaiting your prompt response to this urgent matter that impacts our children's future.
Sincerely,
Zehra Karaca

Hello,
My brother and I both completed the SAT exam on August 28th. While my brother has received his test score, I have not received mine yet. I am concerned about why my results are delayed and if there is anything I can do to expedite the process or if there is a chance I may not receive my score at all.
I have researched online and found information suggesting that delays or cancellations could be due to suspected cheating in the test or exceptionally high scores above [redacted]. I want to assure you that I did not witness any cheating and have full confidence in my own integrity. I am willing to undergo any necessary scrutiny or even take a retest if needed to demonstrate my honesty. This exam outcome holds significant importance for me, and I have diligently prepared for it. It would be unjust if my results were impacted by others' dishonesty, as I cannot afford to wait for another exam opportunity. I kindly request a thorough review of my test to reassure you of my sincerity.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I arranged for my scores to be sent to 16 schools and was charged $[redacted]. However, only one school has received the scores, and the status is still pending. I completed this six weeks before the deadline, but it seems something went wrong. I urgently need to contact someone to address this issue before the Early Decision and Early Action deadlines. I am unsure why only one school is showing the scores and why they are still pending. This situation is causing me unnecessary stress as I am unsure if my applications are complete.

I rescheduled my SAT test recently and was expecting a refund of $63 to be processed back to my original payment method. However, I have not received the refund yet. I was aware that there might be fees for changes to my admission ticket/registration, and I had made the changes accordingly. Despite receiving an email from the college board services stating that I would receive a refund, it has not appeared in my account. Can you please advise if there might be a delay in the refund transaction process, or if there is something else I should do to follow up on this matter?

I contacted the College Board regarding my issue with registering for the SAT. The problem arises when I fill in the payment billing information, and my browser takes a prolonged time before displaying an error message stating, "Your session has been timed out due to inactivity. Please click the go back button." Despite following the College Board's suggestions like using Chrome, enabling cookies, and clearing my browser history, I am still facing the same issue. What further steps should I take to resolve this matter?
