I purchased a Coleman above-ground pool from Walmart that has windows lining the sides. Less than two months after filling the pool and without any activity in it, one of the windows began to leak. I suspect it was leaking from the start as I constantly had to top off the water. I attempted a repair, but the leak worsened, and now one window is almost completely detached, making it challenging to patch. Additionally, two more windows are now leaking from where they attach to the pool around the seal. I believe this issue may be a manufacturing fault with this specific model. Walmart is unwilling to assist, and I find it inconvenient to disassemble the pool for a return. Dealing with these leaks has been a significant hassle, but I just want to enjoy a pool without these problems.

I bought a Bestway 18-foot by 52-inch pool a couple of years back, and the metal frame deteriorated within two years. I replaced it with a Coleman 22-foot by 52-inch Power Steel item # 90389E, purchased from K-mart in the fall of [redacted]. The pool was stored in my garage until the spring of [redacted] before assembly. I used the pool until late fall of [redacted], covered it for the winter, but the same issue occurred with the new frame. I suspect that inferior steel is used in manufacturing these pools as the problem repeated. Unfortunately, I can't locate the paperwork to confirm if I registered the pool with Coleman. I am looking for new frame parts to replace. It's frustrating to have to replace the pool after just one year of assembly and about 7 months of use. I have accumulated filters, hoses, and liners, so I'd rather avoid buying a complete pool package again if possible. Please get in touch if there are any replacement options available.

I came across a promotion on your website that seemed too good to be true. I have saved photos on my phone as proof. it advertised a 6-person cabin for $0.01. Though skeptical, I thought Coleman wouldn't be a part of a scam. I received a confirmation saying my order was processed for $2.15. However, upon checking my bank account, I noticed two transactions charged to my account, one for $63.00 and another for $55.00. This has caused me distress as the money was intended for my dog's surgery on Tuesday. I am very upset and would appreciate speaking to someone urgently.

I purchased the Coleman Power Steel Swim Vista Series II 18' x 48" Frame Swimming Pool Set with Pump in May [redacted]. Recently, the window has been leaking water, causing a significant loss. When I visited the Walmart store in WV where I bought it, they directed me to contact Coleman for a replacement due to a known issue with this model. Unfortunately, I no longer have the box or the receipt as they were discarded after installation when everything seemed fine.
Despite attempting to patch the window, the leakage persists, resulting in wasted water and chemicals. I have a photo of the leak that I can share with you. Considering the ongoing problem, we would accept a replacement of the same size in brown without windows.
Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

While assembling my new Coleman Gas Barbecue Model [redacted] Series (LP Gas), I discovered that one of the bolts labeled (A) mentioned in the instruction manual was missing. This has caused an issue because I am unable to attach both wheels securely, leaving the grill unstable. I cannot use the grill on an uneven surface. I kindly request your assistance in sending me the missing bolt promptly so I can continue with the assembly and enjoy using the barbecue. Your swift response to this matter would be greatly valued. Thank you.

I purchased an 18 ft Coleman Power Steel Swim Vista Series pool from Walmart along with an extended warranty. Within a month, several windows started leaking despite our attempts to patch them. We have been unable to reach the company for assistance, leading to constant refilling of the pool. We have drained, sealed, and refilled it this year, but it continues to leak and has rusted. We are in need of a complete new pool. Can you provide assistance before I escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau? Thank you - Becky McB. [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Dear Coleman Customer Service,
I recently used my 50-quart Coleman wheeled cooler for a camping trip in Michigan. Despite the cooler's claim of keeping ice for up to 5 days in 90-degree temperatures, I found that the ice melted more quickly than expected. I only used one 22-pound bag of ice on the journey, and by the time we arrived (after approximately 5 hours), nearly half of it had melted. Throughout the 2-day camping trip in shaded, 85-degree weather, I had to refill the ice three times. This experience was disappointing as I have always had great experiences with Coleman products. I am reaching out to request either a replacement cooler that meets the advertised specifications or a refund for my original purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Aric Wateman

I purchased a Coleman UTV from Tractor Supply in November [redacted]. We enjoy using the vehicle on our small farm in West Texas, but we've encountered some issues lately. The forward gear is slipping and the rear tail light is not working. We operate the UTV on flat terrain, following the guidelines in the owner's manual and dashboard instructions.
Upon contacting Tractor Supply, they advised me to reach out to the company for assistance before proceeding with an oil change. As the UTV is less than six months old, they mentioned the possibility of repair or replacement being necessary. I would appreciate having the gear slippage issue resolved as it is significant. I look forward to your guidance on the next steps. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 22×52 pool from your company. I scheduled my delivery day and took time off work to receive it, only to find out from the shipping carrier, T FORCE FREIGHT, that they had allegedly attempted to deliver it without actually contacting me. Despite their claim that they called, I did not receive any call from them, only a voicemail. This inconvenience has led to me missing additional workdays due to their miscommunication and false claims of contact. I have evidence that no call was made as they stated. This situation has caused frustration and distrust in your company’s shipping methods. I spoke with a district manager who confirmed that no delivery attempt was made. Due to these issues, I am requesting a refund and will not proceed with the delivery. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Yolanda Clark.

I purchased a Coleman pool online from an eBay seller four months ago, and everything was fine until the pool pump stopped working last week. I've tried troubleshooting to no avail, and when I attempted to file a replacement claim, I was informed that my warranty is invalid since I didn't purchase the item from an authorized Bestway dealer. This is frustrating as many people buy products from various sources for affordability. Bestway should prioritize product quality rather than location of purchase. The pump included with the pool (specifically a 10x16x48 Coleman Power Steel) has a poor reputation, with multiple negative reviews on Amazon. It's unfair that the pump isn't covered under warranty based on where I bought the pool. I had to buy a new pump from Lowes, a reputable dealer, but I urge Bestway to honor the warranty and provide a replacement for their faulty product. Thank you.

After less than a month, my pool pump has stopped working. Despite my numerous attempts to contact Coleman, I have not received any responses. Today, I noticed a grass weed growing through the bottom of the pool, making me doubt the quality of the materials used for the steep price of nearly $[redacted] that I paid for this pool. The customer service experience has been disappointing and matches the low quality of the product. This will be my final attempt to resolve the issue, and if I do not receive a call back soon, I will escalate this matter to WALMART headquarters. As a manager at Walmart, I will inform them about the poor quality and service our customers are receiving from Coleman. I will request that Walmart cease business with Coleman unless this issue is addressed promptly.

I recently upgraded the electric thermostat in my mobile home after 30 years. The new thermostat is the same model but has slightly different wiring configurations with different letters/colors. However, after installation, I encountered issues where the Emergency heat light (red) remains on constantly, and the Auxiliary light (blue) comes on when the heat starts. I attempted to wire it following the old thermostat's setup (I took a photo of it) and also tried the new thermostat's instructions, but so far, neither approach has resolved the problem.

I purchased a Coleman 4-person inflatable spa from Wayfair in May [redacted], which has never functioned properly. Despite numerous attempts to contact Wayfair about this issue, they claim to have no record of it and are unwilling to provide assistance or a refund. It is extremely frustrating since the spa panel has never operated correctly or heated adequately, preventing us from enjoying the spa as intended. I invested a significant amount of money in the spa and Coleman accessories only to have continual issues. Is there anyone who can assist with this situation?

I bought two Retro Rechargeable Family Lanterns from you a couple of years back, but they were never used. Recently, I took them out to charge, and it seems like the "On switch" is malfunctioning. The light blinks but doesn't stay on. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt. Could you please advise on how we can get them replaced or repaired?
Thank you,
M.W.

Three out of four windows in my pool are leaking quite badly. I attempted to use JB Weld to patch the holes, but it only held for a couple of days, and the leaks have worsened. Currently losing about 3 inches of water a day due to the window leaks. I am uncertain about how to address this issue and would appreciate any recommendations. I have always been loyal to Coleman products, but this experience has been disappointing. My kids are upset as well. While I understand a refund may not be possible, I am open to any alternative solutions that could resolve this problem. Thank you.

Three out of the four windows in my pool are leaking really badly. I tried to patch the holes with JB Weld, but it only worked for a couple of days. The leaks are getting worse, and I'm losing about 3 inches of water a day. My kids are upset because we spent a lot of time and money on this pool. I usually stand by Coleman products, but this is the first time I've had this issue. I don't think patching it will work anymore. I'm not looking for a refund, but I would appreciate any other solution you can suggest.

I purchased a Coleman Dutchman camper around a month ago. Unfortunately, after using it, I encountered several issues. I took it back to the Camping World where I made the purchase and provided them with a list of the problems. After waiting for four days, I called them for an update. They informed me that they had just received the warranty order from Coleman, and most of the issues are covered except for the entrance door, which is bowed and closes hard. I was surprised to hear that Coleman deemed this as a non-warrantable item. My concern is that even though the door touches at the top and bottom, it is bowed in the middle by half an inch. I am puzzled as to why this issue is not covered under warranty.
