I have been a loyal Shaws customer for nearly a decade and have always enjoyed shopping at your stores in New England. However, I recently encountered an issue at your Randolph, VT location on March 31st, [redacted]. While using the in-store CoinStar machine, it malfunctioned during the coin counting process. Despite seeking assistance from a Shaws employee named Maggie, the situation was not handled properly. The key to the machine was missing, and the manager on duty, Pamela, was apparently unavailable or too busy to assist.
After much inconvenience, I was eventually contacted and informed that the machine owed me $27.71. However, due to living over an hour away and the lack of cooperation in resolving the issue, I felt misled and frustrated. As someone with experience in customer service, I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received.

I contacted Coinstar customer service today regarding a Home Depot gift card number issued by a Coinstar machine. The voucher's number was unreadable due to poor printing quality. The representative located my transaction by date and assured me they would email me the voucher number. Unfortunately, I did not receive the email, which made me concerned about the accuracy of my email address on file. The representative gave me case number [redacted] for my reference. I kindly request assistance in verifying that the voucher number is being sent to me promptly, so I can utilize the $18.90 voucher issued on June 25, [redacted] from a Coinstar machine at Harris Teeter in Tysons Corner, Virginia. I used a Coinstar machine at CVS on 75th and Metcalf in Kansas City, Kansas. Unfortunately, the machine jammed, causing me to lose $20. I was told I would receive a refund in the form of a check. It's been well over 10 business days, and I still haven't received the money. Each time I inquire about the status, I get conflicting information from different staff members. I spoke with a supervisor yesterday, and they mentioned the check has been processed. I'm frustrated and just want to know where my refund is. I've been patiently waiting for nearly a month. I visited the Walmart in Sanger, CA this morning to use the coin machine. Unfortunately, after a few minutes, the screen showed an error message and said to call a Walmart associate for assistance. Even though I had deposited a lot of coins, the balance showed 0. When the associate opened the machine, I was given back only a small amount of coins, despite there being more visible in the pile. They claimed that was all I was entitled to receive. I felt like I was being robbed of my money that I had saved for many months. I would like a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Steve, regarding my confirmation number [redacted]. I accidentally inserted a silver dollar into the machine and didn't receive credit for it, hearing it rolling around inside. I contacted Steve, who was very reassuring and caring. He helped me resolve the issue, and I was able to retrieve my coins at Walmart [redacted] Schillinger in Mobile, AL promptly. The Walmart employee was also very kind. This experience restored my faith in people who take their jobs seriously. Kudos to Steve and the company for their excellent service.

Hello,
I used your machine at the Tom Thumb store in McKinney, TX on 04/28/[redacted]. I selected the eGift card option for Amazon. Today, on 04/30/[redacted], I tried to redeem the gift card on Amazon's site but received an error message stating the code was invalid. I made sure there were no typos and attempted entering the code both with and without the dash numbers.
The gift card amount is $45.85. Please advise on how I can redeem it. I am hesitant to share the code through email as it can be used by anyone, but I will provide it upon your request.

Upon completing the transaction at the machine, it abruptly stopped just before providing the receipt. Despite the prompt to seek assistance from store employees, none were able to address the issue as they were unfamiliar with the machine's operations. Subsequently, I attempted to contact Coinstar multiple times during their stated business hours with no success. Regrettably, my attempts to reach out on Facebook also yielded no response, despite providing my contact information. This marks my third attempt to communicate with their customer service, as their availability is indicated as seven days a week.

The machine abruptly stopped counting my money without providing a receipt, prompting me to seek assistance from store employees who were unaware of the issue and lacked the necessary knowledge or tools to resolve it. Despite contacting Coinstar during what should have been their operating hours, I received no response both yesterday and today. Repeated attempts to reach them by phone only resulted in disconnections. Turning to Facebook as advised by their FAQ section, I messaged them but have yet to receive a reply even after providing my contact details. This is now my third attempt to get in touch with customer service as advertised to be available "seven days a week."

I am Kelli T. Over Memorial Day weekend, while traveling, I stopped at Kroger-Coinstar in Indianapolis, IN. After using the Coinstar, the cashier told me I couldn't cash in my voucher until the next day when Customer Service opened. I suggested they post a sign about this for future customers. I am from Beckley, WV, close to another Coinstar location, and I want to either redeem my voucher there or get my money back because I will not return to Indianapolis, IN.

I used my number to purchase a Coinme voucher at the kiosk. When I tried to create my Coinme account, it wouldn't accept the number I used. I ended up creating a new account with a different number, not realizing I couldn't do that. Now, I need the original number I signed up with ([redacted]) to be linked to my account under [redacted]. I've reached out to Coinme for help, but it's been three days with no resolution.

I used the Coinstar machine at Walmart in Oskaloosa, IA, on June 13th at 11:16 am. Everything went smoothly until I tried to redeem my voucher, which then stated it was invalid. The Wal-Mart customer service representative couldn't reach the company despite witnessing me using the machine. I have tried contacting customer service for two days but haven't been able to speak with anyone. The amount in question was $71.38, and I am disappointed with this experience.
