While doing laundry on December 13, [redacted], I needed to add funds to my laundromat card. After adding $50.00 on Berloiz Street, the transaction did not reflect on my laundry card but debited from my bank account. I contacted Metropolitan Structure, who provided a Coinamatic number. After sending bank proof on December 16, I spoke with Julio from Coinamatic today who couldn't locate my account. I provided my details again. What should be my next step? This has been inconvenient, and I am hesitant to reload funds onto my laundry card until this is resolved. Can anyone advise me on when I can expect a refund? My confirmation number is [redacted] from December 16, [redacted].
