I am Siranjeevi, a candidate awaiting onboarding with CTS. I have finished all pre-joining, post-joining, and BGV checks using the email ID [redacted] Due to a backlog, I was asked to clear it before onboarding. Now that I have cleared it, I cannot access the portal with that email, and I was advised to use [redacted] instead. However, I am facing many issues with the new ID. The pre-joining tab does not load, redirecting me to accept the offer letter page, which also fails to submit after hours of loading. My offer letter status remains incomplete, halting my pre-joining tasks. I have cleared my browser cache without success.
