Could you help me by contacting the NYC local TV broadcast station to resolve this matter and ensure all channels are accessible? Please do not disrupt the signal and reception. Hello Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention that my Coby RC-[redacted] converter box is still not functioning correctly. I'm experiencing issues with the digital TV channels as some of them are missing and not working on my converter box. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter. When I tried to use my Songbot digital indoor/outdoor HDTV antenna to pick up signals, I encountered connectivity problems resulting in missing channels. This has left me unable to watch TV at home. Hello, my name is Daniel Randel from Tel-Aviv, Israel. I recently purchased headphones from your company at a local store called Ace Build and Buy in the port of Tel Aviv. With each headphone purchase, I received an extra pair of ear plugs. I have no need for these additional ear plugs and would like to return them to Coby Corporation. I attempted to mail them to Marcus Ave, Lake Success, NY, but my letters were returned. Could you please provide me with the correct mailing address in the USA where I can send these ear plugs back to be used in other headphones? I don't want them to go to waste. Dear Coby Technical Support team, I am encountering an issue with my TFT [redacted] LED Widescreen TV as it fails to sync with the TV channel signals. Despite performing a channel scan resulting in detecting 47 channels, the TV displays "No Signal" on all channels without showing a picture. I have attempted to troubleshoot using various antennas, both indoor and outdoor, which yielded the same outcome of no signal. Interestingly, all channels exhibit zero signal strength when checked. I suspect there may be an issue with the TV tuner since the channels are detected during scans but fail to display. I eagerly await your guidance on resolving this matter. Thank you. - K Teel

My name is Harold Chase. My TV is not responding properly when I try to turn it on using the remote or manual power button. The TV is the third unit in my home and is labeled as hdm3. I've ensured power is reaching the TV from the electrical outlet. The remote is also set to hdm3. Occasionally, a blue light appears in the lower right corner indicating power, but not consistently. Pressing the source button sometimes illuminates the blue light, sometimes not. I am looking for a consistent method for turning the TV on/off and changing channels. It would be preferable to speak with a customer service representative for assistance.

I have been experiencing issues with my Model TF-TV1212 where some channels display garbled voice and patches/lines, making them unwatchable. Could this be due to certain channels not receiving a full signal or weather/atmospheric conditions causing interference? I selected a Coby DVD model number DVD968 from a catalog I received as a 25-year service gift. However, I have been unable to make it work. Despite having other options, I decided to keep it, hoping to give it another try sometime. The issue now is that I have misplaced the remote control. In December [redacted], I purchased a Coby Professional Hair & Beard Trimming Kit at the Beall's Store in Perry, Georgia because it came with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. However, in June [redacted], the clipper began making strange noises and eventually stopped working properly while I was using it. I attempted to find Coby's contact phone number to report the issue but was unsuccessful. The Beall Store where I purchased the kit was also unable to provide me with a contact number for Coby. Since the product is still under warranty, I would like Coby to repair or replace the malfunctioning trimmer as per the 12-month service warranty.

I own a Coby TV/DVD Model TFDVD2495, and recently, I've encountered an issue where there is no picture, but the audio works perfectly. I've followed the troubleshooting steps in the manual with no success, like changing channels and verifying all connections. Before assuming the picture tube is faulty, are there any other recommendations you can offer? I own a Coby TFT LED widescreen TV with model number 5536S1. I am attempting to connect it to a home entertainment system, but I am facing some difficulties. I have the choice of using an optical cable connection (Polk Sign S2 Audio System) or a standard RCA cable (Acoustic Audio Model: AA5170). However, I am unsure about how to make the connection. I am currently dealing with cognitive impairment due to being a cancer survivor. Could you provide detailed instructions on the process of setting up the input mode with the source? Hello, a few days back I purchased the Coby CHBT835 headphones. Initially, they were working well, and I used them in both Bluetooth and aux modes. However, today when I tried to use them in Bluetooth mode, they did not work, only allowing me to connect via aux mode. I attempted to charge them, noticing the red light turning on briefly before shutting off. Furthermore, I noticed a rattling sound inside the left earphone when slightly shaken. I want to mention that the headphones have never been dropped or mishandled; I have used them normally. I seek assistance on how to resolve this issue or the steps I should take to repair my headphones. Thank you.

I purchased a COBY V-ZON portable DVD player in April, but unfortunately, it is now broken, and I am unsure of what caused the issue. When attempting to turn it on, it does not seem to work properly. I believe the serial number may be [redacted]-[redacted], and the model number is TF-DVD7009. If possible, could you provide me with the schematic for this device? I have a Coby LEDTV5536 that came without a manual. I am attempting to connect it to an LG Wireless Soundbar, model SN4A. The soundbar suggests using Optical Connecting or HDMI, but my TV does not seem to have an Optical port, and the HDMI ports do not mention ARC compatibility. I have also tried using different connections with a previous soundbar without success. Can these models be connected at all?
