I recently received a Coast dress from my daughter as a birthday gift. As a loyal fan of Coast, I have always been impressed with the quality of their products. However, this time is different. The dress I received doesn't meet the usual high standards I'm used to from Coast. The material feels stiff and harsh, unlike their usual comfortable and high-quality fabrics. Even after trying it on, it didn't live up to my expectations. I still have the labels attached and would like to return the dress for further inspection. Given the £[redacted].00 price tag, I expected better quality and am disappointed with this purchase.

Good afternoon. I hope all is going well. I am reaching out to address an issue with my recent order. The order details are as follows: Order Number: CUK[redacted]97, Order Date: 01/10/[redacted]. I ordered two dresses, but one of the dresses I received does not match the item associated with the order number. Additionally, the other dress arrived in poor condition with a persistent stain that I have been unable to remove despite trying various laundry services. Although I successfully sent the orders to the post office, my main concern is that despite sending three messages via WhatsApp on different dates, I have not received any response. I have been in touch with customer service at every stage of this process through WhatsApp. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I kindly request a prompt response as the event for which I needed these items is approaching. If I do not hear back by the end of the day, I would like to request the order be canceled and a refund issued.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, but it was too small. Unfortunately, the original dress was not available in my size. I ordered a different dress in a size 16, but it also turned out to be too small. The removable label indicated size 16, but the dress label stated it was a size 14. There was no size 16 available when I tried to reorder. I am disappointed about having to pay for the return postage for this dress as the issue was with the sizing discrepancy. Can you please provide a postage-paid return bag or refund the postage to me? My name is Andrea Pert. Address: 9 Armstrong Close, WA3 6DH. I bought a jacket from your store with next-day delivery, but it didn't arrive in time for a wedding I was attending on July 37, [redacted]. Despite my efforts to reroute it to a nearby post office, the package was not found. This led me to buy another jacket for the occasion, causing significant stress and a ruined experience at the wedding. Surprisingly, the jacket was delivered after I left for the wedding and left outside my door. I've contacted the post office regarding this issue. Their reference number is 1-[redacted]CRTFTT. I am requesting a full refund due to the poor delivery service, as the inconvenience caused was unacceptable.
