I recently visited your Coach outlet store to purchase a purse and wallet for my upcoming trip to New York. Despite starting this process a month ago, my order is still incorrect. The store didn't have the matching wallet in stock, so they promised to order it along with the purse to be delivered to my home. However, upon receiving my order, the wallet did not match the purse. Customer service initially wanted to charge me for shipping the correct wallet, but after I complained, they sent a prepaid label for return shipping. After going through a lot of trouble to send it back for a replacement, I received a different wallet that still didn't match. The customer service representative explained they no longer had the matching wallet and the one I prefer costs a little more. They suggested I pay for it first and then return the incorrect one for a refund. This whole experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, as I won't have what I need for my trip on time, and I'm now being asked to pay more for a mistake that wasn't mine. I have reluctantly agreed to return the wallet and am uncertain about ordering the correct one. This whole ordeal has made me question purchasing from Coach again.

I placed an order for the Gs500 Deni Bootie on 12-28-[redacted] using Klarna for payment. After completing my purchase, I received confirmation from Klarna. However, when I tried to check my order on your website, it showed as not found. I attempted to contact customer service using the provided number but have been on hold for forty-five minutes.
I am concerned about my order status as the item I desired is now sold out.

I purchased a bag online from the retailer, Coach the Real Deal Coach. The bag I received was defective. When I went to the store to exchange it, I was given another defective bag. The employee at the Coach store was unhelpful and dismissive. I eventually received a gift card for $[redacted].50 and later an eMerch card for $[redacted].50, both of which did not work. After numerous attempts with customer service, I was connected with Brenda Pagen who promised a refund but never followed through. I later spoke with Stephanie, who claimed the refund was processed, which I have not received. Despite my continuous efforts, Coach has been uncooperative and unreliable, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I am seeking a full refund and resolution to this ongoing issue with Coach.

I purchased a defective bag online, exchanged it in-store for another that was also faulty. The store staff were rude, claiming it was normal for their bags to be flawed. I was given a $[redacted].50 gift card. After contacting Customer Service and being redirected multiple times, I received an eMerch card for $[redacted].50. When I tried to use them, neither card worked. After speaking with Brenda P. from Escalation, she promised a full refund, which I never received despite numerous attempts. Following up, I was informed by Stephanie that the refund had been processed, but I have yet to see it. Despite explaining the situation, no resolution has been reached. I am frustrated and seeking assistance to obtain a full refund as dealing with COACH has been a nightmare of false promises and poor service.
