Clover.com Customer Service Issues

I need assistance with three Clover-related issues: 1. I am unable to access my current account online and instead only have access to an old, closed account. I possess my current account number but am not given the option to input it. 2. On October 2nd, I received two Visa deposits from different customers that were not entered into my Clover terminal. As we didn't provide receipts, there is no transaction record. Both customers are disputing the charges. Even though these transactions do not appear on my Clover transaction report, they are displayed on my merchant statement from the processor. 3. Despite multiple calls to Clover to investigate these discrepancies and to access my account, the system disconnects me after entering my verification code. I seek to speak with a live agent regarding this matter as I suspect fraudulent activity. A phone conversation would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up and paid for the Clover charging system for my psychotherapy practice back in February [redacted] when my husband passed away. Unfortunately, my original credit card system got closed because my husband's name was the only one registered with First Data. Dealing with Clover's support team has been challenging, so I switched to a different payment system. Despite that, I've still been charged monthly by Clover and now want to cancel everything and close my account for good. I tried calling on Monday and was put on hold for half an hour before having to hang up due to a patient arriving. I need help with canceling my monthly payments and closing my account completely.
