I am still waiting for a response from Fresh Step regarding my missing coupons. After sending multiple emails and being directed to different addresses, I have yet to receive any assistance. It's frustrating to be misled about receiving coupons from Fresh Step/Clorox Co. despite following all the instructions provided. The lack of communication and support from your company is disappointing.
I have not received any coupons that are still valid, and the handling of this situation reflects poorly on your customer service. I will not hesitate to share my experience with others to warn them about the misleading practices regarding coupon distribution.
It's concerning that despite being promised a resolution soon, there has been no follow-through. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the company.

I recently purchased a small bottle of Clorox bleach. Upon arriving home, the bottle was accidentally knocked over, causing it to leak onto my kitchen area rug. This resulted in damage to the rug, and a challenging clean-up process involving moving furniture. The bottle had only a screw-top without a proper seal, leading to the slow leak that caused the damage. I had to act swiftly to prevent further harm to the area rug, but unfortunately, it was ruined. I seek guidance on how to address this situation as I now have to replace the damaged carpet at my own expense. Disappointed with Product Quality
I have been a long-time user of this product, having multiple units in both of our homes. Unfortunately, I have noticed a recent issue with the refills falling apart when they get wet, which has happened five times now. I purchased these refills in Marion, Illinois at Walmart. While I typically recommend this product, I have been disappointed with this recent experience and will refrain from purchasing it again unless the quality issue is addressed. I have been using this product for years, with three in our home and two in our Florida residence. Lately, there has been an issue where the product falls apart almost immediately upon getting wet in the toilet. This has occurred five times consecutively, indicating a problem with the entire package. Unfortunately, I no longer have the box as I typically discard it after putting the refills in the holders. As a school nurse at Grove City High School, I rely on Clorox Anywhere Hard Surface Spray daily in my office. However, recently, I've encountered an issue with 4 bottles having broken pumps, rendering them unusable. This is frustrating as the bottles are still full. I purchased a large pack of refills and a Clorox toilet wand at Sam's Club around a month ago. Unfortunately, every refill has been defective. Upon slight contact with the toilet, the pad detaches and falls into the bowl within seconds, causing quite a mess. I recently bought a Clorox Toilet Wand System from Amazon but was disappointed with its poor quality. The cleaning pads disintegrated easily, with one even falling apart right after I wet it in the toilet bowl. After encountering a similar issue with the second pad, I decided to return the product to Amazon for a refund.
I've included some photos to show the packaging the product came in, which was a generic, flimsy white cardboard box with black lettering. I reside in an [redacted]-unit seniors complex in Brandon, Manitoba. We have no issues with Clorox products, but we are interested in knowing if Clorox has a community contributions division. In our complex, there is an elderly gentleman who uses a [redacted]-liter compost bin to collect compost from residents. He struggles to afford the 42cmx44cm compostable bags that fit the 7.5-liter compost bins, of which we also have a shortage.
I am wondering if Clorox has a community contribution program that could potentially provide some of these bags to our not-for-profit complex, even as a one-time contribution. I need assistance with reporting ongoing inappropriate behavior at my workplace. It involves male-on-male groping and a female employee falsely accusing a male coworker of being a pedophile. The team lead seems to be aware of these incidents and might even be condoning them due to his friendship with the alleged perpetrator. This has been happening for about six years, but recently, the behavior escalated to groping and defamatory accusations. I wish to report this anonymously as the close-knit nature of the workplace could easily reveal my identity. Other employees have also witnessed these actions but are hesitant to speak up due to fear of retaliation or because they believe such behavior is tolerated by management.
