On 10/04/19, I contacted your Customer Service seeking to change my electrical rate. The representative advised me to apply online, which I did repeatedly. However, I encountered issues with the online application and decided to switch to Direct Energy. Upon realizing that one of my online attempts might have gone through, I called Customer Service to cancel. Unfortunately, the same representative I spoke to before was unhelpful, not understanding my request to cancel any potential duplicate submissions. Despite my efforts to explain, she insisted I cancel my service, leading to a misunderstanding and eventual disconnection. Subsequent calls for assistance were met with long wait times and no resolution. As of now, I have been on hold for 19.43 minutes without a response. These experiences have left me frustrated. I hope this feedback reaches you, and I can be contacted if necessary. I am now a customer of DIRECT ENERGY.
