Membership for Child
I purchased a membership for my daughter last year, valid until the end of July. I made it clear at the 51st Ave and Bell location that I did not want to renew beyond July, and arrangements were made accordingly. However, there was an issue with accessing the service, and I was asked to return the sticker. Subsequently, I was informed that the payment was not processed correctly and had to provide another bank card. Despite my attempts to stop the charges, the service continued to bill me. I have asked for a refund for August to February, and my bank is disputing charges for March to May.
If the requested refunds are not processed, I will escalate the matter to the BBB. I was unaware of the ongoing charges as I paid separately each time I visited the car wash.
