I accept that losing is part of the game, but I think there might be an issue with how battles are arranged. I've observed a pattern in my winning and losing streaks. It seems that after a series of wins, if I keep playing continuously, I end up losing. It feels like the game intentionally matches me with opponents who are likely to defeat me, especially if I stick to the same deck repeatedly. I just wish for the opponent selection to be entirely random and not predetermined to ensure wins or losses. I hope this clarifies my concern.

A few days ago, when I tried to open my game Clash Royale, it loaded to [redacted]% but then crashed back to my app screen. I tried freeing up space by deleting other apps, but it still won't work. I've played for years but don't have my Supercell account number. I think it's linked to my Gmail, but I'm not sure. I have around [redacted] trophies and was close to reaching level 11 on my Crown Tower. My in-game name is "Beta Up." I recently joined a new clan, and I don't recall its name. I'm considering uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but I'm worried about losing my progress. I hope Supercell can restore my progress if I do reinstall the game with just my Gmail account and in-game name.

During a 2v2 match with my cousin, Clash Royale crashed for me and I got kicked out. After re-entering, it was working fine until my cousin tried to invite me to another 2v2 match, which caused the game to freeze. Now, whenever she logs in, all she sees is the 2v2 screen with crowns but no gameplay. The clan shows her as battling for the last 30 minutes. She's restarted her iPad, deleted and reinstalled the app on her iPhone, but the issue persists. This is a significant problem because she's invested a lot of time and money into the app.

I recently bought the "Punkin Package" about 2 weeks ago, which included the chicken emote. I purchased it for around [redacted] to [redacted] gems. However, when I tried to apply the Punkin skin to my towers, it redirected me to the battle pass ladder at tier 10. I've now reached tier 11, but still cannot access the skin properly. I'm frustrated because I spent my saved gems on the package mainly for the skin and would like to use it, especially on Halloween to show off.

I deleted my Clash account a few years ago and I want to recover my old account. The name was "dountuthunter emi," inspired by my friend Emil who had the name "dountuthunter" on Twitter as an esports player. I was level 8, had a Miner, bought Elite Barbarians with gems when they were strong, and also had an Inferno Dragon. Emil introduced me to Clash Royale, and we were friends from being in the same class for 3 years. I made a typo in the name; it should be "dounuthunter emi." I spent a lot of time on that account and had good cards. Is there a way to retrieve or restore it for me?

I recently had my Clash Royale account permanently banned due to disruptive behavior. I find it confusing because I have been inactive for about two weeks, only logging in once or twice a day and rarely engaging in chat. Yesterday, I attempted to update the email associated with my clash royal account but was met with a security lock by supercell support. Understandably, they requested security questions. However, I struggled with providing the exact account creation date despite having a 5-year-old badge. I could only recall some of the devices I used to play, like my iPhone XR, 11, and iPad 5th gen. Additionally, I couldn't remember the previous username before changing it to Ryanpro 3 to 4 years ago. Despite my best efforts to answer their questions, such as my expenses on the account (which I couldn't accurately determine due to sporadic purchases), supercell deemed my responses insufficient to unlock the account but enough to proceed.

When I enter the game, it asks me if I want to load the account where I'm at level 12. I press yes, then it asks me for an email linked to my Supercell ID. Since my account is older and I hadn't linked it to any ID back then as it wasn't available at the time.
Even though there were no other options, I tried creating a Supercell ID using the email from my Google Play account. After I did that and entered the email again with the confirmation number, it only loaded a level 1 account.
But whenever I log out of the Supercell ID and try to link my account with the Google Play account, it asks me again if I want to load my level 12 account. I press yes again, then it asks me for an email for the ID, so the game starts over and I end up in a frustrating loop.
I kindly ask for your assistance as I've invested money in the account years ago, and it would be very annoying not to get the account back now.

I attempted to use the automated assistant "Sparky" to recover my old Clash Royale account, but instead, my account was banned. This is frustrating because I own the account, which I have invested a significant amount of money and time into, reaching nearly 6,[redacted] trophies. I provided all the information requested, but you accused me of phishing or trying to steal my own account. It is unreasonable to expect me to remember every phone I used for the account over the past three years or to provide purchase receipts when I could easily access my account with my Supercell ID linked to the same email address. I change phones and emails frequently, so those details are impossible to provide. Only I could answer specific questions like where and when the account was created, proving my ownership. Please return my account so I can continue being a loyal player to Clash Royale.

I accidentally deleted my email and missed transferring my Supercell ID to my new email account. I need help moving my BS, CR, and CoC accounts to my new email. My current email is [redacted], and the old one linked to my Supercell ID is [redacted] I haven't created a Supercell ID with the new email yet. A while ago, I got banned from Clash Royale while attempting to recover my old account. The operator may have misunderstood and permanently banned me. It's been * years, and I'm still unable to access the game. I wish to play again, even if it means starting over. I had no ill intentions trying to retrieve my old account, but unfortunately, I'm still banned. Starting fresh would be fine, but I'm currently unable to even log into the app.
