I recently received a message from your team stating that my account is linked to multiple accounts that were closed due to policy violations. I want to clarify that I did not create multiple accounts intentionally.
It has come to my attention that logging in from my friend's device may have caused this misunderstanding. My own phone has been out of service for the past week, and I resorted to using my friend's phone to participate in contests. I sincerely apologize for this oversight and promise it will not happen again.
I kindly request that you unblock my account as I have invested money that is important to me. Your understanding and prompt resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. I eagerly await your positive response.
