Cintas has been my uniform provider in Rochester, N.Y., but I have recently encountered some service issues. A couple of months ago, three shirts did not come back after cleaning, and after notifying my driver, they billed me for replacement shirts which I did not lose. They corrected the charge. Recently, I handed in a winter jacket in great condition for cleaning, and Cintas replaced it with a new one and charged me. Moreover, there have been missing buttons on my garments, but I have not mentioned it fearing they might replace the whole item at my expense unnecessarily. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any local assistance in resolving these issues. I believe this does not align with Cintas's usual industry standards, so I am reaching out to corporate Cintas for help since local resolution seems challenging. I would like to discuss the poor service I have experienced over the past four years and the risk your company has placed my business in due to inadequately trained employees. If you choose not to respond, I will escalate this issue with the appropriate authorities. This situation was completely unacceptable. As a small business owner, this incident could have had severe consequences for the many individuals employed by my company if a fire had occurred. I am eager to see how much value your company places on smaller businesses like mine.

Hello,
I am the Assistant General Manager for the Residence Inn Downtown Hartford, CT. Our account number is [redacted]4. Due to Covid-19, we paused our account in March for mop frames and handles delivery. Although we never resumed the service, we started receiving invoices in July without any products being delivered. Our hotel is securely locked, and all vendors must be escorted by the front desk, sign the invoice, and validate parking. Despite invoices showing delivery, Cintas has not entered our building since March. On 11/17, an invoice claimed a delivery at 9:05 am, which didn’t happen. When I contacted our local vendor, I was told the driver had a code from our engineer to enter, which is not true. I requested credit for the payment made in August and to cancel services, but have not received a response. Despite a recent visit on December 1st, no products were delivered. I'm seeking resolution and appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Cintas Account for Sweet SurpriZe LLC
Hello Justin,
I have yet to receive a resolution from Cintas regarding the management of my account for Sweet SurpriZe LLC, and I am feeling extremely frustrated. This will be my final attempt to request the following actions from Cintas:
1. Consolidate any necessary accounts so that all my billing information is visible when I log into my account #[redacted]0.
2. I should not be charged for any services at this time as I provided my credit card details over the phone to settle any outstanding charges. The amount of time I have spent addressing this issue is not satisfactory, especially for a company of Cintas's caliber.
I received a logo mat that I had canceled back in September as it never arrived. Due to the lack of communication and follow-up on Cintas's part, I believe I should not be billed for this item. I do not wish to maintain any open accounts with Cintas.
Although the financial aspect is minor, the main concern for me lies in the lack of cohesion within the organization. It appears that there is inadequate communication between departments, resulting in a disjointed experience for customers.
As a former employee of a large corporation, I understand the importance of accountability in customer service. Prompt attention to this matter within the next 72 business hours would be greatly appreciated.
