Good afternoon. I am planning on watching Godzilla Vs Kong this Sunday at 15:30 in Colombia, Florence, at the Gran Plaza shopping center. I currently do not have any funds on my debit card, and unintentionally clicked "purchase." However, no charge was processed due to the lack of balance on my card. Unfortunately, it seems the seats I selected have been sold out. I am inquiring if it's possible to cancel the unpaid reservation so that I can proceed to purchase the available seats now. Thank you.
