I am constantly experiencing delays with my paper delivery. It is 8:25 am, and my paper has not arrived yet. Despite multiple calls, the paper consistently reaches me very late. The carrier's delays are persistent, and I pay a premium for early delivery. This is a recurring issue, and I am growing frustrated as the problem persists even after contacting customer service. I value your publication but seek assistance in ensuring timely delivery of my paper.

I have faithfully supported and read the Enquirer for many years. I initially subscribed to home delivery at [redacted] Kugler Mill Road, Kenwood, [redacted], and later requested Sunday home delivery upon moving to [redacted] Apple Ridge Lane, Cincinnati [redacted]. Unfortunately, despite contacting them multiple times due to non-delivery for several months, the issue persisted. In July [redacted], I updated my address to 9 Cypress Garden Street in Clifton, [redacted], and once again requested Sunday home delivery but have not received any papers since. Regrettably, I now need to cancel my subscription and expect no further charges to my credit card. Additionally, I anticipate a reimbursement for the fees charged in [redacted]. Gene Smiley.

I am Myrna Ward from [redacted] Dixie Hwy in Ft. Mitchell, KY, residing at the corner of Dixie Hwy and Requardt Lane. Since my Enquirer delivery person retired in mid-[redacted], I have experienced inconsistent newspaper deliveries. Some weeks, I miss receiving it 2-3 times. Previously, the delivery was made to the rear of my house on Requardt Lane, but lately, it has been hit or miss and occasionally left in my neighbor's driveway on Dixie Hwy. I prefer receiving it at the rear of my property as it was until mid-[redacted]. I prefer to read the newspaper in its physical form to do the crossword and Sudoku puzzles daily, which is important to me. Despite my complaints, the issue remains unresolved, and I would appreciate assistance in rectifying this matter. Thank you.

A true tale.
Since [redacted], I've worked for 7 years in Iraq and Afghanistan. I maintain a journal that I began in [redacted], ongoing to this day. I found myself in the midst of the struggle between the KGB and CIA. My father was tragically assassinated for his association with the KGB. They infiltrated the secret services of other nations, employing methods of persuasion, extrasensory tactics, and assaults. I detail where they learn Psi techniques, how they operate, how bioenergy is harnessed, and more. I share my experiences with attempts on my life and learning to defend against Psi agents. The narrative also covers topics like drugs in ex-Yugoslavia, counterfeit money in Europe, and insights on the Taliban's routes to Tora Bora. The journal spans over 4,[redacted] pages, a potential book full of instructive content given the ongoing nature of this conflict.
Warm regards,

Your customer service needs improvement. I've been in countries where I struggled with the language but still received better service. The individual who delivers my paper lacks work ethic, as I didn't receive my paper again today. This is becoming a habit for your carrier. It's not due to the weather; my neighbors in different areas got their papers. Despite the clear weather, my road was cleaned, and I had no trouble going out. I'm 72 and was shoveling my driveway early this morning. I used to deliver papers in tougher weather as a kid. You should hire people who understand the value of work. I've had my paper delivered in worse conditions to my address. On Sundays, I like to relax with a cup of coffee and read the paper. It shouldn't be too much to ask. At my age, I can manage shoveling, so someone should be able to deliver my paper. Contacting to complain should not be a hassle. Young boys used to deliver papers, now it's different. I'm disappointed with the lack of assistance I received.

Since January, we have noticed a decline in our paper delivery service. Several times a week, our paper does not arrive at our door. Previously, it would be delivered by 5:30am, but now it's arriving much later, sometimes as late as 6:40 or 7am. Interestingly, the weekend papers arrive exceptionally early. We have early morning jobs and have valued the consistent service until recently. While we understand occasional mistakes, this has become a weekly issue. We find ourselves reading outdated news over breakfast due to late deliveries or missed papers. We are questioning if there has been a change in delivery personnel since January. The service that was once exceptional has now become unreliable. We are unsure if this can be corrected or if we should discontinue our subscription. As loyal readers of the Enquirer, we are disappointed to be paying for a service that is not being fulfilled as expected.

For seven Sundays in a row, I have not received my newspaper. Every Sunday, I reach out to customer service, and each time they apologize for the inconvenience and assure me that the carrier will be notified. I am frustrated with repeatedly having to inquire online and being told there's an attempt to resend the paper, which often doesn't happen. Additionally, being advised to read it online is not a satisfactory solution as I expect delivery for the subscription I pay for. Despite making calls and being promised a callback from a supervisor, I have not received any follow-up. I am contemplating escalating this issue further as it seems unresolved. Are there supervisors or dedicated individuals available to address and resolve customer concerns at your company?

Subject: Typo in the Newspaper
Hello,
I am reaching out regarding a typo discovered in The Enquirer. On October 1st, under the Local section, the typo "Smale Riverfron Park" was noted. The correct name should be Smale Riverfront Park.
I appreciate the quality articles The Enquirer provides for our city.
Thank you,
Luke Veech

I did not receive the TV section today again and this has been an ongoing issue for months now. Some Sundays I received it, while others I did not. I eventually canceled my subscription due to this inconsistency. After speaking with someone in your office, I was informed that I could receive the TV listings section if I paid an additional fee. Despite my frustration, I agreed to the extra charge and was relieved to have received the section last week. However, the problem has resurfaced today. I rely on the TV guide as I'm somewhat housebound, making this delivery issue a significant inconvenience. I insist on receiving this week's TV guide promptly. I hope to see this matter resolved promptly to avoid canceling my subscription permanently. Your records will show my long-standing subscription, and I hope to continue as a satisfied customer.

I subscribe to the Sunday Enquirer, but for the second time today, I didn't receive my paper. Additionally, the delivery has never been made to my apartment despite my efforts to call or text every week. When it did arrive, I had to pick it up from the front apartment as they would not bring it to me directly. This was challenging for me as I have a disability. Despite my requests to have the delivery person contact me, it was never done. Every Sunday, I had to report the issue, receiving apologies and promises that were never fulfilled. After cancelling and then resubscribing about 6 months later, the problem persists. It has been about 2 months now, and the situation has not improved. If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription permanently.

After noticing a significant increase in the price of purchasing the Sunday Enquirer at Kroger, we opted to explore a subscription. Although the subscription plan seemed promising, the delivery of the newspaper has been disappointing. We have not received a single Sunday paper so far. Additionally, the online edition does not cater to my wife's vision problems, making it of little use to us. We have decided to cancel our subscription and are requesting a refund for any expenses that have been charged up to this moment. Kindly acknowledge this request. Thank you.

I am requesting a callback from a manager and for all payments and credits to be sent to me. I've been facing difficulties with my newspaper delivery since January and have not received a paper since March. Despite contacting customer service every Sunday and Monday, the issue remains unresolved. I've had conversations with Anna, Stella on 6/13/22, and Melody on 6/15/22, but the promised callbacks did not happen. On Monday, Marko assured me my paper would be delivered that day or the next, and he'd call on Tuesday, but he never did. Marko mentioned cancelling my subscription if the delivery couldn't be made. Today, Amanda explained that Sunday papers can only be redelivered on Sunday and mentioned the office manager, Jonathan, but couldn't provide a way to reach him.

In June [redacted], I signed up for Sunday delivery ONLY and was assured that the payment would be deducted from my checking account automatically after a month and that I would then receive paper billing. However, the automatic payments have been occurring every month. Yesterday, $34.04 was debited. Upon calling customer service, I was informed that the promotional period had ended and I was now being charged the regular price. Given that the Sunday delivery ONLY costs $34.04, it's understandable why there are fewer subscribers on my street. Rey from customer service confirmed the cancellation of my subscription, and I have requested the immediate cessation of auto payments. I have discontinued the service and do not wish to receive any more papers. Should any further unauthorized transactions take place, I will explore legal actions against the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Today, September 28, my Cincinnati Enquirer delivery was missed, along with two Sundays ago and last Tuesday. Last Thursday, the paper was late, arriving after 10:00 am. When I contacted customer service at [redacted], I was connected to a representative in the Philippines with a poor connection and difficult communication. They mentioned my subscription was on hold because they hadn't received my September payment, which I mailed on 9-25-22. I find it problematic that the newspaper invoices for the entire month on the 14th, as you typically pay for services after receiving them, not before. The Cincinnati Enquirer lacks local and timely news coverage, instead preferring irrelevant national stories. The so-called "Premium Edition" is disappointing, offering nothing exceptional despite the extra fee. Unfortunately, this feedback is likely to be handled in line with the poor service typically experienced with the Cincinnati Enquirer.

I am concerned about the safety of drivers who do not turn on their headlights in dark or rainy conditions. It seems like many cars are driving without proper lighting, endangering families and bikers on the road. This issue needs attention as it can lead to accidents, especially in low visibility situations. I have raised this concern with the police, but they mentioned they lack the resources to address it promptly. I believe this is a more critical issue compared to cell phone usage while driving. It would be great if the authorities could tackle this problem to ensure everyone's safety on the roads. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I did not receive the Enquirer or the Wall Street Journal last Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. The Journal is normally delivered with the Enquirer. I am requesting a credit for the papers I did not receive. I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past few months due to undelivered morning papers. It is frustrating that most days the paper does not arrive until noon. Lately, when I do receive a paper, I find it not in the street or my neighbor's driveway but on the sidewalk in front of my door. I kindly request an acknowledgment of this message. Thank you. - Thomas S.

I contacted the Enquirer this morning, but it's nearly 11 AM, and still no paper! I'm extremely frustrated since this is a recurring issue. The carrier is consistently late on Sundays and weekdays, although not usually this late. The expected delivery time is 7 AM. I simply want our papers to arrive promptly. I don't wish for any carriers to be dismissed; instead, I want them to fulfill their duties correctly.
Furthermore, I did not receive last Friday's paper. What is happening? I'm feeling incredibly fed up with this situation.
Lastly, please resolve the issues with the online e-newspaper. It has been more than a month of being told "we're working on it". The recent changes to it overnight make no sense to me.
