We have been making $[redacted] monthly payments since September 9, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on November 25, [redacted], the car was repossessed, and our belongings, including my wallet with my driver's license, were inside. Our items are at Victoria Towing and Recovering, but Jose Salas is asking for $[redacted] to retrieve them. We feel mistreated and just want our belongings back. My fiance works two jobs to cover the car payments, and after a year and five months, this situation is distressing. Can anyone offer assistance? I have contacted twice and my husband has also spoken with a representative regarding obtaining a lien release for our Ram [redacted], which was paid off in January [redacted]. I called on Monday and was informed that it would be faxed within 24 to 48 hours, but I have not received it. I called again on Thursday, and they said it would be emailed to the buyer within 2 to 4 hours, with a rush on it. However, it's now Saturday and I still have not received anything. The account number is [redacted]. Please send the lien release to my email ([redacted]) so I can pass it along to the buyer.

I financed a [redacted] Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with Chrysler Financial in [redacted]. Even though my account was paid in [redacted], I haven't received the Release of Lien and Title.
Despite numerous calls to Customer Service, my issue remains unresolved. Recently, a representative directed me to visit GetmyCarTitle.com/Chrysler where I promptly paid the necessary fees.
Following this, I received an email from GetmyTitle.com requesting proof of ownership and payment for the vehicle. I urgently require my Release of Lien and appreciate any assistance in expediting this process. It's puzzling why the document wasn't issued upon loan closure in [redacted].
