I was injured in your store on September 13th. I was at the Lincoln City, Oregon outlet mall where models were demonstrating products to receive a discount. Despite informing the lady we had already made purchases, she persistently approached us. As we were leaving, she caused me to trip by sticking her foot out, resulting in a fall due to my recent knee replacement. I am in pain and need to see my surgeon to ensure nothing is wrong. I visited Christopher and Banks in Uniontown PA yesterday and noticed a rack in front of the store that indicated 80% off clearance items. I selected 4 items priced at $15 each, expecting them to be $3 after the discount. However, when paying, two employees argued that the discount was only 50% off. After a half-hour dispute, they agreed to give me the items at 80% off due to the rack's placement. One of them even mentioned taking down the sign, while the other went to check the prices, which left me feeling embarrassed in front of other customers. I believe it's important for staff to know the correct prices to avoid such situations. This experience has made me reconsider shopping there again if customers are treated in this manner.
