I placed an order for electric candles on Sunday, December 5th, with a reference to purchase order [redacted]. After contacting Christmas Central on December 7th and getting ticket reference [redacted], I was hoping for shipping information, but there have been no updates yet. I am eagerly waiting for the candles as I cannot illuminate my lights without them. Thank you for looking into this for me.

I have not received all my North light nutcrackers from Amazon. My order #[redacted]-[redacted] for the nutcracker suite was supposed to include Clara, Mouse King, and Drosselmeyer, but I only received the Prince twice. In my first order and second order #[redacted]49, I got duplicates of the Prince. How can I get the missing nutcrackers to complete the set of 4? I need Clara, Mouse King, and Drosselmeyer to have the full collection.
