I'm struggling to reach a US representative, and the outsourced agents keep giving me conflicting instructions when I try to submit the required information for my repair payment. My policy premium will likely be debited in less than 10 days, but I don't think I'll get reimbursed for the $[redacted].26 repair bill I paid last week to fix my heat. Each time I call, a different agent says they will send a link (which hasn't happened) and then ends the call. This company's "F" rating with the BBB seems to be justified. I regret not researching them more thoroughly before buying a plan.

I am a contract holder with Choice Home Warranty under Donald K Colwell. Our Jenn-Air Model # JED8430ADB 30-inch black electric cooktop with downdraft exhaust is experiencing issues. The repair technician, provided by Choice, determined replacement parts are unavailable. Choice offered a $[redacted] Lowe's gift card as per their User Agreement. However, a similar model at Lowe's is priced at $2,[redacted]. I contested this with the Claims Manager, who only increased the offer to $[redacted], stating it wouldn't go higher. I then contacted the Resolutions Unit, who later offered a $[redacted] check but rescinded it, insisting on the Lowe's gift card. I am urging for a more equitable settlement based on the "similar features" clause, aiming for $1,[redacted]. A check for this amount is preferred, but I am open to the Lowe's card. I seek assistance on this matter.

On Wednesday, May 10th, I called for plumbing service due to an issue. However, after 48 hours, no service was provided. I contacted several plumbing companies, but none were willing to wait for approval, causing inconvenience as the problem persisted. By Friday, the situation was dire, affecting daily activities and causing unpleasant odors. Eventually, I found a plumber who promptly resolved the root issue for $[redacted].
