I have 8 tickets for Lightscape tonight, but due to a severe thunderstorm and a lightning warning along with a wind advisory, I kindly request that the event be canceled to ensure the safety of all attendees. This concern arises from a previous experience at the Jack O Lantern event, where despite being advised by your staff to seek cover indoors, we still got caught in the rain after waiting for 30 minutes. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a refund or rescheduling options with a representative.
