I bought tickets for today's (Dec 28) game as a Christmas gift for my daughter who lives in Denver and cannot attend a TBD rescheduled date. I purchased the tickets on the Blackhawks website assuming it was through Ticketmaster. However, it seems I used Ticket Exchange, which was not specified on my receipt or credit card statement. Despite reaching out to Ticketmaster and the Blackhawks Ticket office, I am struggling to obtain a refund. Ticket Exchange is unresponsive via phone or email. It's frustrating that the purchasing platform was not clearly identified on the Blackhawks website, causing confusion and difficulties with refunds.
