I had an account for over a year, and the card payments were being deducted from got lost. So, I canceled it, and consequently, the account is no longer active. I am attempting to create a new account with a different card, but I'm having issues. Although it recognizes my email, I am unable to add a card to activate the account as it declines it each time. Both my credit and debit cards are in good standing. I urgently need to access my credit report.

I request an immediate refund as you were not authorized to deduct money from my bank account. Despite my cancellation within the free trial period, I do not find your services relevant. I believe your company ignores canceled accounts in the hope that customers will not follow up, leading to unauthorized charges. This situation caused financial strain as the fee was taken despite cancellation and affected my ability to pay other obligations. I am deeply concerned and feel you should be reported to the appropriate authorities for failing to address these issues. Compensation for the problems caused should be considered to rectify this situation.
