I am very frustrated with this company. I only wanted to check my score once. However, my account has been continuously charged. I tried to cancel my membership, but was not successful. I was promised a refund, but it hasn't been processed. I have also updated my account number from ending in [redacted] to now ending in [redacted]. My online numbers also end in [redacted]. All I am asking is for the company to refund $39.90.

Build date/time: Apr 20 [redacted] 15:29:34 Change Number: [redacted]." After relying on their excellent service for over a decade, it is disheartening to have trouble accessing my account now. I urgently need to restore access as bills are approaching. I would appreciate guidance on how to log in again.
