I have been using Gold Bond lotions for over a decade, including Gold Bond Softening, Gold Bond Diabetic, Gold Bond Softening Foot Cream, Gold Bond Resilient (new), and Gold Bond Pedi Smooth (also new). Recently, I bought two bottles of Gold Bond Softening lotion with the codes 41[redacted]9, but unfortunately, the pump mechanism on both bottles is not working. The lotion seems very thick, making it difficult to dispense even after trying various methods like removing and hitting the bottom of the bottle. I am disappointed as these bottles were quite expensive (around $25 each). I truly enjoy using this lotion and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I recently bought the Gold Bond Diabetics Relief in the 15.6 oz, 20% larger size. Unfortunately, the last inch of product is stuck in the container. Despite my husband liking it, I purchased the 18 oz size, hoping to combine the remaining lotion. However, I discovered that the plastic pump tubing is the same size as the 15.6 oz bottle, leaving more lotion unused in the larger container. While I understand this saves the company money, it feels like a tactic to make you repurchase the product even with a significant amount left. This doesn't seem like a fair business practice to me.

I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase of two Gold Bond ultimate products. I am pleased with the Gold Bond Ultimate Eczema Relief product as it has been beneficial for my hands that often get red and irritated due to frequent washing as I work in healthcare. I plan to repurchase this item. However, I am disappointed with the Gold Bond Healing product. The consistency is too thick to pump out, making the family size pump pointless. Moreover, I find it less moisturizing for my legs compared to other products I've used. I am unsure if I can return it to Walgreens or the company for a refund. Thank you.

I regularly use IcyHot for my muscle aches and decided to try the no-mess applicator with a roller ball. Unfortunately, the roller ball doesn't seem to be working properly. The first time I used it, I had trouble, so I shook the bottle vigorously and tried again, but it only worked a little. I kept trying, but now it doesn't work at all. I would like to know if there's a way to make it function properly so I can use it. Returning it to the drugstore where I bought it would be an option, but due to my age, it's challenging for me to make the trip. Thank you.

I have been a loyal user of Gold Bond products for a long time, including foot powder and arm lotion. However, after using the Gold Bond Dark Spot Minimizing body lotion for over two months, I haven't seen any improvement in my dark spots. I have even recommended your products to many friends and bought them for skeptics, but I am disappointed with the results of the Dark Spot lotion. I spent nearly $10 on it, and this experience is making me hesitant to purchase more Gold Bond products. I hope you can address this issue without losing a loyal customer like me. Recently, my spouse bought Unisom Sleep Immune Support with the UPC code: [redacted]28. I have allergies and am unsure of the source of maltodextrin and starch in this product, as it's not specified. I experienced hives after using it. Could you clarify the origin of these ingredients as I want to ensure they do not trigger my allergies? I suggest your company starts labeling products clearly for allergens like shellfish, wheat, dairy, and nuts as many supplements do. I bought a family-size 20-ounce bottle of Gold Bond Ultimate Radiance Renewal Lotion for $9.97. Unfortunately, the hand pump is defective and does not work, forcing me to remove the cap, pump, and tube manually. I sent a letter to Gold Bond and have not received a response. I've tried both crepe erase and the skin firming lotion without success. I am seeking a refund or resolution. I have searched for a customer service number to no avail. The packaging claims quick results, which I have not experienced. The company should update the packaging to reflect the actual product performance and include a customer service contact.

I have been using your Gold Bond Ultimate Healing lotion with aloe, and it's a fantastic product that I love. However, I've noticed an issue with the 20oz size bottles. I find that there is still a significant amount of lotion left in the bottle when it becomes difficult to squeeze out. I decided to keep the nearly empty bottle and tried transferring the remaining lotion to a new bottle by turning it upside down, but the lotion was too thick to flow out. After waiting two days with no success, I resorted to cutting the bottle in half and transferring the lotion by hand, which was messy and inconvenient. Although I now have about half a bottle of lotion, I am disappointed by this experience and may switch to a different product that allows me to use up all the lotion without any waste. I hope you can provide a solution to this issue. Thank you for your attention.

I purchased two 11 fl oz bottles of Selsun Blue with Aloe for a good price at the Walmart nearby. To my dismay, upon finishing the first bottle and retrieving the second one from my closet, I discovered that it had leaked significantly from the bottom through a small defect along the seam. I suspect that fluctuating temperature changes in the steamy bathroom closet contributed to this issue. Unfortunately, the crack is not visible as it aligns perfectly with the seam. I have been using Gold Bond Powders for many years and have generally been satisfied with the product. However, I have consistently experienced issues with the twist-top lids on the containers. The twisting mechanism often becomes stuck, making it difficult to open and close properly. This occurs well before the powder is finished, rendering a portion of the product unusable. It is frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I kindly ask the company to look into this matter as it affects the overall product experience. I am having trouble getting the spray can to work properly. Even my spouse, who has stronger hands, struggles to make it spray. We've tried multiple cans, but we can never get more than half of the contents to come out. We open and close the can correctly, wash the nozzle regularly to prevent clogging, and have even returned some cans back to the store because they never sprayed at all or stopped working. During our last visit to the store, we found an Equate brand with a blue cap at almost half the price, and it works perfectly for both of us. If we continue to have no issues with the Equate brand, we will switch to using that from now on. We have been loyal customers for several years, but we have noticed a decline in the quality of your cans recently.
