Change Healthcare Customer Service Issues

When I check Medicaid status for our customers, I've noticed that some states do not have an option to search using a middle name or initial. This causes issues when the customer is registered with their middle name but the search does not retrieve accurate information from the state's database. Is there a way to include a middle name search option for all states to avoid relying on SSNs or Medicaid IDs? Some elderly customers may be hesitant to provide this information, so having the middle name search option would be helpful.
