I am a Meridian/Medicaid customer from Michigan. Recently, it came to my attention that Meridian was acquired by WellCare in [redacted] and then by Centene in [redacted]. Between March and November [redacted], my doctors were reimbursed for services rendered, including a surgery, but these payments were later reversed by Meridian in April [redacted]. The situation feels suspicious to me, especially given the series of buyouts. Despite the state confirming my coverage during that period, Meridian claimed otherwise, leading to a frustrating ordeal of phone calls and unresolved issues. I am currently awaiting authorization for my Multiple Sclerosis medication, which I have not received since August 22, [redacted], impacting my health significantly. The entire experience has been distressing and overwhelming, and I hope to find resolution soon to relieve the stress and anxiety it has caused me. I am seeking advice regarding my experience with purchasing health insurance from the federal Health Care Marketplace in [redacted]. I live in Indiana. In November [redacted], I reviewed and printed my Eligibility Results showing a monthly premium of $85.01 for the same Ambetter plan I had in [redacted]. However, on 12/9/21, Ambetter sent a bill with a higher premium and doubled copays/deductibles. Upon calling Member Services, Tiffany in Billing was unable to clarify the discrepancy. I left a message for Member Sales and was contacted by William from the Enrollment Department. He explained that my [redacted] plan was discontinued, leading to an automatic enrollment in a different plan at a higher cost. I was informed that failing to pay the inflated premium by 12/31/21 would result in no health coverage for January, as I missed the 12/15 deadline to make changes. Feeling financially compelled to pay the higher premium, I am unsure of the legality of Ambetter's actions and seek guidance on potential recourse options.

I recently left the company, and it has been challenging to obtain copies of my paychecks since I am unable to access ADP. Despite creating service tickets, the responses keep saying the issue is resolved, even though I no longer have access to my work email or the updated phone number on file. There seems to be confusion as I resigned, not terminated, as indicated in an email I received. The email also mentioned payment for my accrued PTO, but upon inquiring, I was informed that AZ does not pay out PTO. This contradicts the information in the email, which stated otherwise. I need urgent access to my paycheck stubs.

I am Michael Levin, a Sunshine Health Long Term Care member with ID# [redacted]. I have a Transportation Reimbursement claim for a doctor's appointment over [redacted] miles that has been denied multiple times. Additionally, Sunshine Health has not provided the Home Aid CareGiving services they are supposed to offer for a significant period. I have raised these concerns with the Security Supervisor of Centene Corp, who initially took my complaint but no further action was taken. Despite multiple complaints to their Grievance Department, the services I am entitled to have not been reinstated. I seek assistance in resolving this issue and regaining access to the Long Term Care services. Thank you.

I recently received a letter from Ambetter Unclaimed Property informing me that they have an unclaimed check for premium refunds from my individual policy. The letter, dated July 28, arrived late on August 15, giving me only 30 days to respond before the check is transferred to the Mississippi Unclaimed Property Division. The letter instructed me to email my response to [redacted], but I couldn't find a way to do this on their website. I have been trying to reach Liz at Centene via phone calls but haven't received any callbacks. With Monday, August 28, approaching as the 30th day deadline, I am anxious to prevent my check from being sent to the state. As an elderly woman relying solely on social security, this refund is vital to me. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I received a letter in early August [redacted], informing me of an overpayment of $1,[redacted].53 on my AMBETTER insurance premium in [redacted]. I promptly submitted all required details to the email address stated in the letter. Despite receiving an automated response, I have not received the refund. After sending additional correspondence to the same email address with no success, I followed up on Nov. 28 by mailing a copy of the original letter along with a request for updates. Unfortunately, there has been no response so far. Despite reaching out to Centene three times by phone and leaving my details, it is now Dec 20, [redacted], and I am still awaiting any news regarding my refund.
Update on Dec 4, [redacted]: After calling the number provided by GetHuman and speaking with a Centene representative, I was transferred to another line. I left all necessary information on the voicemail, including my contact details, transaction date, and check number. Regrettably, there has been no response as of yet.
