I encountered an issue with Cash App where I meant to send $45 to one contact, and the payment went through successfully. However, at the same time, another $45 was sent to a different person, which I did not authorize. I immediately contacted Cash App for assistance, but the responses I received were unhelpful and required me to repeat the issue numerous times. I feel frustrated that Cash App is not owning up to their mistake and acknowledging the error. I am seeking to have the extra $45 that was mistakenly sent refunded back to my account.

I have been facing an issue for about four months. My email linked to my Cash App was hacked. The passwords to all my Gmail accounts, including my associated phone number and Cash App pin, have been changed. I am unable to access my account. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and my cashtag is $Shareesehardeman. Several important cards, including my license and social security card, were stolen and I have not received replacements. Hello, I'm Erica Willett. My ex, Ashton Crittenden, has my old phone and has accessed my Cash App account. The email linked to the account is [redacted] The phone used appears to be a Moto Stylus [redacted] 5G with my number [redacted]. The address on the account is [redacted] Main Street, Louisville, Alabama. The phone removed was a Galaxy S21FE 5G. He transferred money from my Moto Stylus [redacted] 5G last Friday and falsely claimed I made the transaction. I am now using a Galaxy S21, while unsure of his phone, possibly a Samsung A53. Please rectify this issue, especially the $53 taken on Friday, Oct 20, [redacted], from the account anewstart2023again. I anticipate your response. Thank you.

I bought gas at HEB in Lumberton, Texas on 10/25/23. I spent $36.98 at the pump. They have my transaction pending, but they are holding $[redacted].00 of mine that I need. I contacted HEB, and all they did was give me a confirmation number. They told me to contact my card issuer and provide them with the confirmation number so that they could resolve the issue. I need this resolved as soon as possible.

I had an issue with my bank where 2 charges were mistakenly disputed. I am now attempting to cancel the disputes on my Cash App but have been unable to reach anyone who can assist with this process. Customer service has informed me that a specialty team is in charge of handling these cancellations, yet I am struggling to make contact with them. It is crucial that these disputes are cancelled promptly to return the funds to the merchant.

My phone with the number [redacted] stopped working. I won't have access until I get a new phone for my SIM card. When I tried logging in via email, I mistakenly entered my debit card PIN three times before realizing my error. After that, it prompted me to create a new Cash App account, but I want to regain access to my current account with money under $Shelbielea31. Last week, Cash App suspended my account. I have been in touch with them daily via phone and chat, but they informed me that the department addressing this matter communicates solely through email. They assured me that they have fast-tracked my case and advised me to check my email for Cash App support correspondence. Both of my Cash App accounts are suspended with funds that I am unable to access. I am seeking clarity on the reason behind the account suspension and requesting immediate access to my funds.
