Between May 12-14, my phone was stolen, and on May 15, [redacted], I noticed $[redacted] missing from my account, taken by a Justin Young. On May 19th, $60 was taken by Terry Garrison, followed by $24 on May 30th. Then on June 7th, Christina Hall took $30, which was supposedly refunded but never was. I disputed these unauthorized transactions and spoke to 5 Cash App representatives who assured me they would try their best to assist. However, I recently received an email stating that no errors were found in the investigation, despite the transactions being clearly unauthorized in my account. My phone, which contained my original Cash App account, is broken, resulting in me being unable to access my account. Despite creating a new account to contact customer support using the same email, I continue to face difficulties. Whenever I try to sign in to my original account, it sends a confirmation to my broken phone that I cannot retrieve. Although I receive a confirmation email, it prompts for another confirmation to my phone. I've noticed unfamiliar bank account and phone number linked to the account. The only legitimate transactions on my account involve receiving money from my boss and sending some to a friend. I wish to regain access to my original account to withdraw my remaining balance or merge it with the new account for ease of use. Any unauthorized transactions must be reversed and steps taken to secure my account.

I created a new account to reach customer support, using the same email address, which should not have been allowed. When I attempt to sign in to the original account, it prompts to send a confirmation message to my broken phone, and I cannot retrieve it. Despite entering the code from the email confirmation, it insists on sending another confirmation to my broken phone. I did not link a bank account or receive a card, but during my attempts to resolve this, it indicated a linked bank account and a phone number I do not recognize. I have a friend who is attempting to transfer $[redacted] from their Chime account to my new Cash App debit card. When trying to claim the transfer received via email, I received an error message stating Chime cannot transfer money to prepaid debit cards. This same scenario occurred when my friend tried to transfer money to another person's Cash App debit card, resulting in the need to contact Cash App for assistance. The charges consisted of 1 for .99ยข and 18 for $1.99, all attributed to "Google pay Corp in Mountain View California." Despite having set up fingerprint and PIN verification requirements for transactions, these security measures were bypassed, leading to the unauthorized charges. I recently had money taken out of my account by three companies. After contacting support, they instructed me to highlight the transactions for investigation.
