Cartier Customer Service Issues

It has been 2 months since my last email, and I am disappointed that nobody from Cartier has addressed this issue. I visited Cartier Boston to purchase a gift for my fiance, hoping for a great experience, but it ended up being poor communication. I want to share my concerns with Cartier Boston, specifically regarding Trinh Josh. After placing the order, we waited for Trinh to provide the tracking number as promised, but there were delays without any explanation or apology. The communication in regards to receiving the order from Josh Trinh was lacking, leading us to directly contact Cartier Boston to reach him. Moreover, we were let down when the order did not include the promised cleaning kit by Josh Trinh. Despite informing Cartier Boston about this, we have yet to hear back about the cleaning kit being shipped. This experience with Josh Trinh is unexpected from Cartier, a usually top-notch choice for me. The lack of communication or updates from Josh Trinh regarding the cleaning kit is disappointing. I recently purchased a Cartier watch less than six months ago. Unfortunately, the leather part of the strap is separating from the rubber lining next to the stitching. Initially, Cartier informed me that the warranty does not cover strap replacement, which I understand. Upon visiting a servicing center, the representative suggested that it may be a manufacturing defect since the leather and rubber parts should not separate so quickly. He mentioned that the leather was not measured accurately, causing the issue. I am disappointed that I have to spend extra to repair a defective product after only half a year of owning it. I kindly request Cartier to consider providing either a free strap replacement or a watch replacement of equal value as a resolution.

Three years ago, my family gifted me a Cartier Caliber Diving Watch for my wedding. In March [redacted], I reached out to Cartier during the warranty period to repair it.
