I have been a loyal customer of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s for a long time. Today, at your store on 89th and S. Western in OKC, I had a disappointing experience. Although the food and service were good, I was surprised to find out there was no coffee available for my Senior coffee refill in the morning. Instead, I opted for a small coffee cup filled with ice and Diet Coke after a suggestion from a lady, who I assumed was the manager named Nancy. Later on, I felt uncomfortable and went back to pay for the Diet Coke. Although a young man at the drive-thru said it was fine, I insisted on paying to clarify. Sadly, Nancy declined to come to the counter. Despite this situation, I still paid for the drink and informed the employees that I would not be returning due to the poor customer service. It’s a shame to lose a loyal customer over a small issue like this. My apologies for venting, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at the Boise location on S. BROADWAY AVE. I ordered a steak grilled burrito through the drive-thru but received chicken instead. When I went back and politely informed Arisbeth R of the mistake, she was extremely rude and even raised her voice at me. Her manager stepped in and acknowledged her inappropriate behavior by offering to make a new burrito. The manager mentioned there were staffing shortages, but that's no excuse for such treatment. I didn't receive the correct order and paid for something I didn't ask for. I believe this situation could have been handled better. Thank you for addressing this issue.

Recently, my GM bombarded my phone for 6 hours straight with issues I couldn't resolve. She also arrived two hours late blaming me for unrelated matters. As a cook, she yelled at me, but I stood up for myself, saying I won't tolerate screaming. While I handle drive-thru and lobby duties, she spends over 9 hours on paperwork each Monday and consistently arrives late. Previous managers and a cashier left due to similar issues. I believe our store, Carl's Jr., shouldn't suffer due to our GM's behavior, and I suggest she undergo a drug test. This concerns Lucero at the Mesa, Arizona, store located on Longmore and Southern (Store number [redacted]).

I had a terrible experience at Carl's Junior on [redacted] West Appleway Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho [redacted]. This morning, I ordered breakfast, as I usually do once a week. However, there was no manager, shift supervisor, or anyone who knew how to operate the registers. I waited for 45 minutes, and when I finally received my order, it was cold. When I tried to address the issue, the staff got defensive. Even though the computers were down, I paid for my meal. It was only after 9 a.m. that the manager arrived, claiming she lives an hour away and couldn't have helped the situation. I am very disappointed and do not plan on returning.

I had a disappointing experience at [redacted] on Via Princessa in Santa Clarita. Initially, my order was fine until it was taken over by an associate named Veronica. She gave me the wrong sandwiches, switched my order of charbroiled chicken clubs to Santa Fe chicken sandwiches. The sodas were flat and tasted off, and the chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. When I spoke to Veronica about the issues, she argued with me and refused to refund me for the incorrect items. Her communication was challenging due to her heavy accent and fast speech. Overall, I found her handling of the situation unprofessional and rude, resulting in a frustrating experience.

I went to have dinner this evening with my two boys. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my order. I asked for two kids' meals - one with chicken stars and criss-cut fries plus a drink, and the other with a kids' cheeseburger and regular fries. I also ordered a Beyond Burger with no cheese or mayo. When I reached the window, I realized the Beyond Burger was forgotten, so I had to mention it. The receipt I received only showed the total amount without a breakdown of my order. I was asked to pull ahead and wait even though there was no one else in line behind me. After waiting for about 12 minutes, my order was brought out by a hurried staff member who apologized for being rushed. I had to return inside to collect the drinks that were forgotten, and there was only one other customer inside waiting for food. On the way home, I discovered that the fries were incorrect, and to top it off, they had mistakenly given me an extra Beyond Burger patty separately. I have faced issues at this location before, but this experience was unacceptable, Carl's Jr.

When I reached the window, I realized the Beyond burger wasn't included. After clarifying, I was handed a receipt that only showed the total amount. I was asked to pull ahead and wait, even though there was no one else in line. After a wait, my order was brought out with missing drinks, and I had to return inside to get them. On the way home, I noticed the fries were incorrect. To top it off, they included a plain Beyond patty in my bag alongside the regular burger. While I've had some issues at this location in the past, this experience was particularly disappointing.

On April 19th at 2:24 PM, I ordered one Medium Western Cheeseburger. Upon checking, the server provided a different burger, which I noticed only when I began eating. After several attempts, I managed to contact the restaurant, and I informed them about the mix-up. They initially assured me I could return for the correct order, but upon doing so today, they claimed I had taken the wrong order initially. To whom it may concern, Last Thursday, I visited the restaurant at Lake Mead and McDaniels and encountered an unfortunate situation. A visibly intoxicated individual from the restaurant repeatedly sneezed, touched his nose and hair, and then proceeded to handle food without gloves or washing his hands. This behavior goes against health regulations, especially during a pandemic. I was alarmed when this employee also touched my food. I expressed my concerns to the cashier, highlighting the seriousness of such actions, especially in the current situation. To Whom It May Concern, On Thursday, I visited the restaurant located on Lake Mead and McDaniels. I had an unpleasant experience when a drunk patron at the restaurant repeatedly sneezed, touched his nose and hair, and then handled food without gloves or washing his hands as health regulations require. I was shocked when this same employee touched my food. I expressed my concerns to the cashier about their practices, especially given the current pandemic situation. I purchased a breakfast burrito that turned out to be very salty, and being someone with high blood pressure, I couldn't eat it. After contacting the restaurant to speak with the manager, Alejandra only offered me another burrito at a discount. Unsatisfied, I escalated my complaint to the district manager, Ben, but received no response after reaching out twice. I attempted to contact corporate but could only find an email, which didn't resolve anything. I'm disappointed with the service and want to address this with higher management to ensure accountability for actions of staff like Alejandra and Ben.

I have been going to the Carl's Jr. near my house for over 5 years now, usually once a day. However, in the last 3 months, every order I receive is either wrong or missing items. Last night, I ordered a simple big burger with no onion, no mustard, and extra mayo, along with a large Dr. Pepper. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I got home and realized they had put onions, extra mustard, and no mayo in my burger, and they even forgot my drink. This may not seem like a big deal, but to me, it's money wasted and adds up over time. I live on a very tight budget, and as a result of recent hardships, I've become homeless. I survive on affordable meals from Carl's Jr., and the mistakes have been costly for me. I couldn't go back to the restaurant to complain, so I am reaching out here. I am a resident of Pahrump, and I visited Carl's Jr yesterday. I spent almost $15 on a Swiss chicken meal. The bag I received did not contain the receipt as the employee had mentioned. When I got home after a 30-minute drive, I found that my sandwich only had a bun with a small piece of chicken, missing all the other ingredients. After calling and explaining the situation to the Manager on duty, who coldly stated there was nothing they could do without the receipt, I felt frustrated. The following day I returned with the uneaten sandwich but faced rudeness and eye-rolling from a different staff member who eventually replaced my order. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the company takes the necessary steps to rectify this situation. I have proof of payment on my debit card and expect better customer service from a company I have been loyal to.

I visited your restaurant in Rohnert Park, California, last evening, and I spent $33.32 on my meal. Unfortunately, I did not receive my entire order and had to return to the restaurant. The young employee who assisted me was great, but when their manager, Erwin Herrera, got involved, the situation escalated. Mr. Herrera began shouting at me during our phone conversation, which was incredibly upsetting. I believe his behavior is unacceptable for someone in a managerial role at Carl’s Jr. I kindly request a follow-up call to address this matter. Thank you.

My experience at Carl's Jr with the drive-thru employee named Kylei J was quite unpleasant. While placing our order, she continuously interrupted us and rushed us. Upon reaching the window, she failed to mention that our order would take 10 minutes to prepare due to the rush. When we inquired about this, she refunded our payment with a bad attitude. The manager's response was no better as when we asked for her name, she abruptly shut the window. The behavior of both the employee and the manager was disrespectful. My husband and I were so disturbed by the treatment that he mentioned contacting corporate to address the lack of respect shown to customers. Overall, the encounter with Kylei J left us feeling disrespected and unappreciated.

Hello Carl's Jr, I am reaching out via email to inquire about the availability of lapel pins featuring the Star face guy. I am a loyal customer from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and I frequently visit your restaurant, which is my favorite burger joint. I particularly enjoy the Star Burger combo. I am an avid lapel pin collector and currently have 6 hats with pins displayed on them. Adding the Star faced logo to my collection would be fantastic. My partner and I had a disappointing experience at Hardee's this evening! The hamburger was dry and tough, and the french fries were extremely hard. While my husband found a few pieces that were okay, mine were inedible after a few tries. They were both tough and hard! It seems like we received leftovers or very old food. Hello, this is Dorothy Heath. I contacted you yesterday and attempted to call but the number was not answered, leaving no way to leave a message. I also reached out to the store where the incident occurred and was met with an unfriendly manager. The manager informed me that food ordered after a certain time is cooked fresh, dismissing our complaint about the quality of the food we had received. It was a frustrating experience leaving us without dinner we had counted on having. The manager's rude conduct upset us even further. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, we will likely not return to Selmer's restaurant. We have never encountered such poor food quality at other Hardees locations we've visited. The burgers were tough and unpleasant, and the fries were hard and unappetizing. When offered to return the food, the manager declined. She seemed to think we were exaggerating, which was very disheartening. After being asked to pick up fresh meals the next day, we decided against it. It is disheartening to be treated with suspicion and disrespect. We feel insulted and disappointed by this experience. Going back to Hardees after this would be demeaning.
