I waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru to receive my order, and when I finally got it, my vanilla latte was cold. I specifically ordered it hot. Now I have to wait for a new one, but I suspect they will just heat it up in the microwave. I frequent Caribou almost every day and am a Perks member, but the service has been consistently poor. I don't know what's happening with the staff there - do they get moved to different stores? Earlier this week, I witnessed a concerning incident where the barista used her fingers inside my cup to move my drink. I called to complain about that as well. Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experiences at Caribou lately.

I am a loyal customer of Caribou and frequent various Twin Cities and WI locations. I typically order a Large depth charge with steamed heavy cream, which has always cost $3.74. Today at the new Little Canada location, the general manager Lydia tried to charge me $5.05 for the same drink with steamed heavy cream, insisting it's the correct price. Despite explaining my regular price, she was rude and uncooperative. I had to settle for cold heavy cream to avoid the inflated charge. I then requested my receipt, which Lydia promised to email but has not yet arrived. This incident left me highly disappointed. As a daily customer, I expected better treatment, especially from a general manager. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately so that future customers receive better service. I visited Caribou Mart at Al Khessa and ordered a coffee blend that was supposed to cost 46 Qatari Riyal. However, the cashier charged me twice, making it 92 Riyal. Initially, the card transaction seemed to fail as per the cashier's statement about the card machine not working. I would like a refund for the overcharge. I can provide the transaction details from my card for further assistance. I realize my mistake in not checking my phone to see if I received any SMS notifications about the coffee purchase.

Yesterday, on June 3, [redacted], my husband and I took our two older grandchildren on a trip. We had breakfast at Caribou Coffee in Minnesota. My grandson and husband ordered the bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich, but unfortunately, my grandson got very sick after eating it. He is 11 years old and experienced diarrhea and vomiting, most likely from food poisoning. It was a terrible experience that almost led us to consider taking him to the hospital. Even my husband couldn't finish his sandwich due to the awful situation. The lemon poppyseed bread we ordered was also disappointing, being very dry. Additionally, the experience with the expensive drinks was not satisfactory, as they seemed to struggle to get the orders right. This ruined a part of our short vacation. I am extremely disappointed with Caribou Coffee's quality lately, as it used to be our preferred choice over Starbucks. Spending almost $50 on breakfast that led to such an unpleasant experience is disheartening. I am seeking a full refund of $43 and reimbursement for previous unsatisfactory purchases from Caribou. I hope this feedback helps to improve the overall quality and service at Caribou Coffee.

Yesterday, I faced issues ordering through the app as it repeatedly declined my card. I attempted again in the afternoon without success, resulting in me paying with cash instead. To my surprise, I noticed a charge for the morning's coffee I tried to order but failed to go through. The app only displays the successful transaction from later in the day. I have screenshots of the unauthorized charge and the app's transaction history. I kindly request either a refund for the erroneous charge or the addition of a complimentary beverage to my account. I recently received an email about a promotion at Caribou Coffee for buy one bag of beans at regular price and get the second at 50% off. When I tried to redeem the offer, both the cashier and assistant manager couldn't find the button on the register to apply the discount, despite confirming the promotion was valid. Today is the last day of the promotion, and I'm frustrated that I couldn't take advantage of the savings due to cashier error. I showed them the promotion on my phone, but still couldn't receive the discount. The manager didn't offer any assistance, and I left the store empty-handed. It's disappointing to make two trips without success.
