My account was closed due to "insufficient funds." I was told I needed three return charges for closure, but I only had two possibly taken from the wrong account. I updated my bank account last month; however, this month, the payment was deducted from the old account. I was advised a recovery team would review the situation if my bank rectifies the error. Sydney mentioned a letter to halt negative credit bureau impact. The recent deductions were mistakenly from my Vystar instead of Suncoast account. Despite a letter on 9/23 alerting me, my account vanished without warning. I couldn't reach customer service as instructed in the letter. The cardholder agreement doesn't mention account closure for this reason, and I seek account reinstatement due to financial responsibilities and good payment history since [redacted]. The abrupt closure and inconsistent information received have left me distressed, challenging Suncoast's motto of being there for customers when needed.

I recently made changes to my Care Credit account and opted to close it with a monthly payment arrangement. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication from the Finance Division that resulted in a negative impact on my credit score. This surprises me as I have always maintained a flawless record of on-time payments with Care Credit and other creditors even during this challenging time, adding to my stress. Now, as I plan to apply for a home refinance loan, I realize that this negative mark from Care Credit could hinder my qualification. I believe it does not represent my creditworthiness and dedication to settling my debts. It would be greatly appreciated if Care Credit could consider making a goodwill adjustment to remove the negative remark from my credit report with all three credit bureaus. Additionally, I would like the option to revert to the original account by canceling the payment plan due to this misunderstanding.

I had CareCredit, but no one explained that if I didn't use it again, it would be closed. I've had credit issues since my thyroid problems when I used the card years ago and paid it off. I need to know where I made the purchase as the office is now closed. In [redacted], I had $[redacted] credit with no expiry. I was saving it and now need it for hurricane damage and dental work as I'm still disabled. I pay what I owe but can't if I don't know the business name. I planned to pay every month and could have cleared it by June. I am frustrated by this situation and want to make things right.

I obtained CareCredit in [redacted] and utilized it to purchase $5,[redacted] worth of hearing aids. I paid the full amount before the due date with no missed payments. The card does not have an expiration date. I now require service for the hearing aids, but the store where I purchased them has closed. I believe it was Audibell in Florida, but when I called, they could not provide information. This is the only transaction on the card. Despite my ability to make payments on my fixed income, I have been denied assistance. I am eager to find out who the payment was made to so I can address the issues with my expensive hearing aids.

I am reaching out about the recent experience I had at your dental office which has left me feeling scammed by my financial advisor. I was informed I had a credit limit of 4k and went in for a fitting and cavity filling, with plans to return for crowns fitting later. However, without my knowledge, the full 4k was charged to credit care despite no additional procedures performed, negatively impacting my credit score. The financial advisor's actions seemed dishonest and the hygienist's lack of concern was disheartening. After seeking a second opinion elsewhere and seeing the vast difference in cost, I contacted your office multiple times without a response. This situation has caused me undue stress and financial burden, as I believed I was being taken advantage of. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly with care and professionalism.

I recently visited an orthodontist who accepted CareCredit for my Invisalign treatment. I was dissatisfied with the service and requested a cancellation. The refund was processed through CareCredit, but the orthodontist informed me that CareCredit charges the provider 15% of the total financed amount when the card is used. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate?

Almost a year ago, I had to replace my CareCredit card due to fraud. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, I have not received a new card. I have confirmed my address multiple times, and only recently did they realize a mistake with the address spelling. I was assured a new card would be sent to the correct address, but I have yet to receive it. I received a letter confirming the address update, but still no card. I urgently need the replacement now, especially because my husband had a serious accident resulting in 3 skull fractures. I am unable to access my account or use the card, and I am in desperate need of assistance.

I made a purchase from Byte on Cyber Monday in November [redacted]. The salesperson, Arvin, was very persistent and offered me a $[redacted] discount. I chose to proceed with the order by applying for Carecredit, which was approved for the $[redacted] charge. Although I received my first payment statement in January [redacted], my aligners from the order placed in November have not arrived. Despite reaching out to Arvin for an update, I have not received any response. I was informed my aligners should be in production and sent within 2-4 weeks, but with no further communication from Byte, it is now nearly the end of January and I have not received anything. I find it unfair to be billed for a product I have not received and would like to dispute this charge.

I visited the Aspen Dental office in Temple, TX about 3-4 weeks ago. I had an appointment to have two teeth extracted, but they couldn't numb them enough to proceed. I was referred to Waterford Oral Surgery, but I couldn't be seen because Aspen Dental has not yet refunded the money to my account, despite saying it would take 7 to 14 business days. It's been almost 4 weeks and I am still in pain with two teeth that need to be removed.

I believe that Banfield Veterinary Clinic, a subsidiary of PetSmart in Silverdale, Washington, might be treating customers unfairly based on their payment method. CareCredit users are being required to pay the entire year's dues for their Optimum Care Plans upfront, while other credit card customers can pay monthly. Additionally, CareCredit customers cannot register or pay for the plans online like other credit card holders. This seems like an attempt to extract more fees from CareCredit users, depleting their funds quicker than regular credit card users. By complicating the online process exclusively for CareCredit customers, Banfield may be unfairly singling them out. Is this legal, considering that CareCredit is just another type of credit card? What reason could they have for this behavior, other than to discriminate against CareCredit users?

I am seeking a refund for my recent visit to the vet. My experience was very distressing. I took my cat to Sunshine Pet Clinic yesterday due to her swollen leg. I was charged $[redacted], although I believe I was quoted a lower price when I signed the paperwork. Additionally, I was unhappy with the treatment I received. After leaving a negative review about the high cost and my dissatisfaction, the clinic replied by disclosing my location publicly, which I found invasive. The vet also called me multiple times, expressing anger over my email, where I simply stated my fiancé's concerns about the pricing. The phone conversation was confrontational, with the vet accusing me and my fiancé of being disrespectful when all we wanted was clarification. I felt mistreated both in person and during the follow-up communication, which mirrored the unprofessionalism in the clinic's response to my review.

I have noticed deceptive practices from your platform, especially when it comes to cashback offers. To test this, I decided to make a payment of ₹[redacted] on JioMart through Cred UPI for a promised cashback of up to ₹[redacted]. However, only ₹2 was credited, which is highly misleading. I have encountered similar issues in the past, leading me to uninstall Cred multiple times. Today, I have uninstalled the app for good to prevent further exploitation of innocent users like myself. Your inconsistent actions make it hard to trust the safety of personal data once it's in your hands. It is essential to report such misleading practices to the RBI for the protection of consumers. It is concerning that Cred does not provide its UPI but relies on other financial service providers, raising doubts about its integrity.

I have been trying to reach customer service for months to address an overcharge issue. In October [redacted], my puppy passed away from uterine cancer after starting treatment at a vet clinic. The clinic charged me the full amount upfront, promising to adjust any excess charges later. I paid only $[redacted]. However, the clinic closed without correcting the remaining $1,[redacted] charge, impacting my credit score and financial options. I possess all receipts to support my case. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention.

Hello,
I am Helen J. Munn. The last four digits of my card are [redacted]. On June 28, I paid my balance in full, after which my account was closed unexpectedly. I reached out to Care Credit through Synchrony and called Care Credit, but no one could explain why there was a credit overpayment or why my account was closed. I am seeking assistance to understand these issues, as my credit score has been negatively impacted. I have had similar experiences with other cards that were resolved promptly. I am hoping to have my account reopened.
Thank you,
Helen J. Munn

In June [redacted], I utilized Care Credit financing for dental work at Frankel Dental in Los Angeles. Despite paying off the $[redacted] debt in September [redacted] after a negative experience with Dr. Agaki, I have encountered difficulties in receiving a reimbursement for services not rendered. Dr. Agaki's offer of $[redacted] falls short due to insurance discrepancies and bogus charges. I firmly requested the rightful amount of $[redacted] reflecting the procedures completed. Despite my explicit instructions to Dr. Agaki's finance personnel to issue a direct check to me, the refund has been mistakenly added to my Care Credit limit, creating a frustrating loop of repayments. This situation must be rectified promptly as the funds owe to me should not be counted towards any outstanding balances. My primary goal is to obtain the reimbursement hassle-free and resolve this ongoing predicament efficiently.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a concern about the $1,[redacted] charge upfront on my CareCredit account following the approval of my application. These charges were processed before any dental procedures were completed at Aspen Dental in Lisbon, CT. The treatment plan presented to me appeared to include more services than necessary, which leads me to believe that it might be a scam that I do not wish to proceed with.
After having two procedures, charges were deducted from both my $2,[redacted] annual dental premium and my insurance deductible simultaneously on the CareCredit card. Despite contacting my insurance company, I was informed that the services rendered so far only applied towards my annual deductible, yet I have not received any detailed billing to support the accumulated $1,[redacted] balance on my CareCredit account ending in #[redacted][redacted]. I am requesting a reversal of these charges due to suspected fraudulent activity. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Kindly advise me on the available options.
Thank you,
T.S.

My sister called me to say she was pre-approved for $10,[redacted] but accidentally clicked "No Thanks." We tried revisiting CareCredit's website, but it wasn't working. She was told she attempted too many times and must wait 24-48 hours for the system to reset. She got reference number [redacted]2. I have CareCredit too and this is new to me. I appreciate your guidance.

My sister attempted to apply online and was pre-approved for $10,[redacted]. However, she mistakenly clicked the “No Thanks” button during the process. Upon trying again, she encountered issues with the website not responding. She made multiple attempts, resulting in a message stating she tried too often. She was given a reference number of [redacted]2 and informed she must wait 24-48 hours for the system to reset before she can proceed with her application. I have CareCredit and have not faced this issue before. Can you confirm if this waiting period is necessary? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am Hope V., a loyal customer of CC for over 14 months. I usually use my NetSpend debit card for monthly payments. Unfortunately, about 6 months ago, I lost my NetSpend card. When I received a new one and accidentally selected the wrong one to pay my CC bill, my account was closed. I corrected the payment promptly. My payment options now reflect the correct "new, Netspend" information. I have a good payment history and kindly request my account to be reinstated. Please reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.
