Cardinal Health Customer Service Issues

Dear all, I represent PNC Healthcare Operations in the Payer Services department, where we work as a clearinghouse for healthcare providers. I am reaching out to inquire about your current ability to support ERA ([redacted] file format) and/or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for sending remittance EOB/EOPs and payments electronically. This is intended to replace the traditional method of sending paper EOB/EOPs and checks. If you offer ERA and/or EFT, could you kindly provide guidance on the enrollment process? Your EDI or Provider Relations Department may require this information. Any guidance you can offer on this matter would be much appreciated. I placed an order with Edgepark Medical on October 2, [redacted]. I paid 20% of the order but received the wrong items. I contacted them to request a return label, but have not received one. They have sent additional incorrect products without a return label. I have incurred expenses of $28.25 to return all the wrong products. Edgepark has not sent a complete itemized bill and the total amount I paid on October 2 was $96.00 plus the $28.75 return fee. Despite contacting Edgepark's management and sending four letters, I have not received a response. As the parent company, please assist. Thank you.
