I placed a pre-order for items with UPS delivery, but to my surprise, was asked to pay £48 for import tax. Wanting to return the order and get a refund, I submitted a customer service ticket to Card Kingdom. However, after a week passed with no response, I tried to contact them on the provided number to no avail. UPS attempted delivery twice to an old address due to family issues, and I couldn't update the address. When I reached out to UPS about the unexpected tax charges, I was left on hold for an hour and redirected to a closed department for further explanation. The situation feels frustratingly surreal, like a scene from a Kafka novel.

I've been attempting to purchase a deck of cards that has remained in my cart for some time now. Despite having a prepaid Mastercard that I acquired recently with sufficient funds, the order fails to process each time. Upon entering the card details and clicking 'place order,' the information gets cleared, and the page reloads, causing frustration. I attempted using my PayPal account by transferring the card, but encountered an error message prompting me to retry the card or verify the balance. Although my friends in the vicinity have successfully ordered from Card Kingdom, a similar site, I suspect the issue may relate to my address in Canada or currency conversion problems from USD. I will seek advice from them to rectify any mistakes on my end.

My son is currently incarcerated in an Ohio prison and enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering. He wanted to buy more cards and was in need of a price guide for his collection of 14 cards. I couldn't find a telephone number on this website, which I see has been mentioned before, but I was wondering if there is a mailing address available. In case he decides to make a purchase, he would like to know the company's policy on holding cards before returning them to stock, possible charges involved, and the address to send his payment to.
