I have been trying to contact you by phone to leave a message, but have been unsuccessful. I received calls notifying me that my account is overdue, and I am feeling frustrated as it seems impossible to get through to you. I do not have the time to spend another hour and a half on the phone. When attempting to leave a message by pressing one, it does not work. Please take action on this issue. I have maintained my account in good standing for over a year.
I have not received my account letter in the mail, so I made a $[redacted] payment on December 30, [redacted], and another $42 payment on January 5, [redacted]. Despite these payments, I have yet to receive any mail. I am concerned about my credit being impacted as I have worked diligently to uphold a good standing. I plan to pay the full amount soon but would appreciate a replacement card as I no longer have one. Kindly send one out to me as I have not used it recently. Thank you.
